Installation
This Extra Wide Outdoor Retractable Gate is designed for hard wall mounting on concrete surfaces.
- Drill 15/64 (6mm) pilot holes about 50mm deep in the desired locations.
- Insert anchors into the pilot holes.
- Secure the gate by fastening it with screws into the anchors.
Adjusting Width
To adjust the width of the gate:
- Unlock the gate and extend it to the desired width.
- Ensure both sides are extended equally for stability.
- Lock the gate in place by following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Regularly check that the gate is functioning correctly. Lubricate hinges and moving components with a suitable spray lubricant. Tighten and adjust mounts to ensure secure and smooth operation. Inspect all components regularly and stop using if any components are damaged or missing.

Children have died or been seriously injured when gates are not securely installed.
- This gate is suitable for use with children from 6 months up to 24 months of age.
- The minimum width of the opening is 27.6 inches; the maximum width of the opening is 55 inches. The ideal width of the opening is 35.4 inches.
- ALWAYS install and use the gate as directed and use all required parts.
- You MUST install the gate with screws and brackets. Without screws and brackets, children will be able to push the gate open.
- STOP using when a child can climb over or dislodge the gate.
- Use only when the [locking/latching] mechanism is securely engaged.
- NEVER use to keep children away from the pool.
- Do not use the gate if any components are damaged or missing.
- This safety gate must not be fitted across windows.
- Gates must be checked regularly to ensure that it is secure and functioning according to these instructions.
- Additional or replacement parts must only be obtained from the manufacturer or distributor.
- Check that the gates are always correctly closed.

Do not install onto sheetrock or glass.
MOUNTINGS
The gate must be installed on a structurally sound opening. Ensure the
mounting surface (wall,door frame. stair posts, etc) is strong, rigid and has
an even surface.
Note: If using the gate on stairs, it must be placed either on the top
step or on the lowest step at the bottom.
Select the appropriate fixing method from the following list.
For installation Screws
- For example wood mounting Drill 5/64′(2mm) pilot holes and use the wood screws provided screwing directly into the wood.
For installation Screws Anchor
- For example, hard wall mounting concrete Drill 15/64″(6mm) pilot holes about 50mm deep, insert the anchor and secure with screws.

INSTALLATION STEPS
The product must be installed on the ground to better realize the separation
function.
- Main body Gate
- Mark the hole position of the lower and upper brackets as the left guide with a pen and keep it in a vertical direction.
- Mark the hole position of the lower and upper latches as the right guide with a pen.
- Drill holes with an electric drill as the marks.
- Insert the expansion screws into all holes.
- Drill the two Brackets and Two Latches to a wall. (Please notice the obverse and the reverse are correctly facing).
- Install the Gate to the upper Brackets as the arrow indicates.
- Install the Gate to the Lower Bracket as the arrow indicates. Please make sure to install the gate to the upper Bracket first then install install gate to the upper Bracket at the Gate to the Lower Bracket.
- In the “Unlock” state, the gate can be pulled out.

Note
This Extra Wide Outdoor Retractable Gate extends up to 76″ wide and is 34″
tall. This gate minimum width of the opening is 27.6in. The maximum width of
the opening is 76in. The preferred width of the opening should be 35.4 inches.
Remark
If you don’t need to use this retractable baby gate, please press the button
at the bottom of the upper bracket to remove it.
How to remove or dismantle: When not in use, please put it in a safe place so
that children cannot touch it.
- How to maintain and clean: wipe the surface of the product regularly with a sponge and non-abrasive cleaner, and please check the hinges of the product regularly. If you find any problems or that any part is broken, please stop using it immediately

Note: When the gate is retracting always hold the handle and guide the gate evenly back into its original position. Never let go of the handle when the gate is retracting.
