STEP 1
Start installation on the driver side of the vehicle. If equipped, remove the sealing tapes covering the factory oval holes on the inner side of the body panel, (Fig 1).

STEP 2
Determine the correct procedure to attach one driver side Bracket for your model/year:
Models without factory threaded inserts in body panel:
a. Partially thread an M8x1.25-30mm Hex Bolt onto the threaded end of a M8 Nut/Bolt Plate, (Fig 2). Thread the Hex Bolt in until it is flush with the welded nut, (Fig 3). Use the Hex Bolt as a handle and insert the Nut/Bolt Plate into the oval hole, (Fig 4). Feed the threaded bolt on the Bolt Plate through one of the hex shaped factory holes. Thread (1) M8 Plastic Washer onto the threaded end and down tight against the body panel, (Fig 5). NOTE: The Plastic Washer is designed to keep the Nut/Bolt Plate from falling into the body panel and to aid in Bracket installation.
b. Select a driver side Mounting Bracket, attach the Bracket to the threaded end of the Bolt Plate with (1) M8 Large Flat Washer, (1) M8 Lock Washer and (1) M8 Hex Nut, (Fig 6a). Do not tighten at this time.
c. Remove the M8X1.25-30mm Hex Bolts from the nut on the Bolt Plate from Step 2a. Rotate the Bolt on the Bolt Plate until the threaded nut lines up with the remaining hole in the Mounting Bracket and body panel, (Fig 6b). Attach the Bracket to the threaded Nut Plate with (1) M8X1.25-30mm Hex Bolts, (1) M8 Lock Washer and (1) M8 Large Flat Washer, (Fig 6b). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Models with factory threaded inserts:
Attach the Driver Front Mounting Bracket to the threaded inserts with (2) M8X1.25-30mm Hex Bolts, (2) M8 Lock Washers and (2) M8 Large Flat Washer, (Figs 7 & 8). Leave hardware loose.

STEP 3
Next, select (1) Driver Front Support Bracket (DFS/PCS/PRS). Attach the Bracket to the front facing side of the front Bracket with (1) M8X1.25-30mm Hex Bolt, (2) M8 Large Flat Washers and (1) M8X1.25 Nylon Lock Nut, (Fig 9). Rotate the Support Bracket to the back of the pinch weld. Line up the slots in the top of the Support Bracket with the (2) factory holes in the pinch weld. Attach the Bracket to the back of the pinch weld with (2) M6X1-25mm Hex Bolts, (4) M6 Large Flat Washers and (2) M6X1 Nylon Lock Nuts, (Fig 10). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
IMPORTANT: Some models are not equipped with factory holes and will require drilling through the pinch weld to attach the Support Bracket. Do not drill through pinch weld at this time.

STEP 4
Move along the side of the body panel to the center and rear mounting location, (Figs 11 & 12). Repeat Steps 2-3 to install the driver side center & rear Brackets, (Fig 13).
IMPORTANT: The front and center driver side Brackets are universal.
IMPORTANT: Some models without holes in pinch weld will require drilling 1/4” holes through pinch weld to attach driver side front support bracket. Do complete installation of the Driver Side Bar first, level board before drilling holes for support bracket.

STEP 5
Once all (3) Driver side mounting brackets are assembled, then proceed to the Step Bar installation. (Figs 14 & 15)
(1) Select (1) Slider and (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts;
(2) Install (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts in (1) Slider.
(3) Slide the Slider (with carriage bolts) to the Step Bar.
(4) Repeat to install the other (2) sliders to the step bar.
(5) Attach the Step Bar (with the Sliders) onto the installed mounting brackets. Position the Sliders to the installed brackets. Secure the Step Bar to the installed Brackets by using (6) M8 Large Flat Washers and (6) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts and (3) Sliders, (Fig 15). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Note: The Sliders are packed with the Mounting Brackets.
Level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hardware.
Repeat Steps 1-5 for the other side Step Bar installation. The installation is completed!!!
Attention
Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
In order to protect your bars/boards, please use mild soap/non-abrasive products for cleaning only.
