Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Installation Preparation

Read instructions carefully before starting installation. Remove contents from the box and verify all parts are present. Assistance is recommended.

Step 2: Mounting Bracket Installation

1. Start the installation under the driver’s side of the vehicle.
2. Locate the front (3) factory studs along the inner side of the body panel.
3. Chase threads on the studs to remove paint or coating before installing Brackets.
4. Select (1) Mounting Bracket and attach it to the (3) factory studs on the Driver Side Front Mounting Location using (3) M8 Large Flat Washers and (3) M8X1.25 Nylon Lock Nuts. Leave the bracket loose at this time.
5. Repeat the process to install the Driver Center and Rear Mounting Brackets.

Step 3: Slider and Step Bar Installation

1. Attach the Slider with (2) Carriage Bolts as shown in Fig 5.
2. Install the Step Bar onto the Slider using (2) M8 Large Flat Washers and (2) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts as shown in Fig 6.

Maintenance

Do periodic inspections to ensure that all hardware is secure and tight. For cleaning, use mild soap or non-abrasive products only to protect your bars/boards.

  • A: No, drilling is not required for installation as these Step Bars are designed for rocker panel mount.

Installation Instruction

STEP 1

Start the installation under the driver side of the vehicle. Locate the front (3) factory studs along the inner side of the body pan-el, (Fig 1-3).
NOTE: Chase threads on the studs to remove the paint or coat-ing before installing Brackets

STEP 2

Select (1) Mounting Bracket. Attach the Mounting Bracket to the (3) factory studs on the Driver Side Front Mounting Location with (3) M8 Large Flat Washers and (3) M8X1.25 Nylon Lock Nuts, (Fig 4). Leave bracket loose at this time.
NOTE: All (6) Mounting Brackets are universal and will fit driver or passenger side. Repeat to install Driver Center and Rear Mounting Brackets.

STEP 3

Once all (3) Driver side mounting brackets are installed, then proceed to the Step Bar installation. (Figs 5 & 6)

1. Select (1) Slider and (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts;
2. Install (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts in (1) Slider.
3. Slide the Slider (with carriage bolts) to the Step Bar.
4. Repeat to install the other (2) sliders to the step bar.
5. Attach the Step Bar (with the Sliders) onto the installed mounting brackets. Position the Sliders to the installed brackets. Secure the Step Bar to the installed Brackets by using (6) M8 Large Flat Washers and (6) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts and (3) Sliders, (Fig 6).

Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.

Note: The Sliders are packed with the Step Bars. Level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hardware. Repeat Steps 1-3 for the other side Step Bar installation. The installation is completed!!!

Attention

Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight. In order to protect your bars/boards, please use mild soap /non-abrasive products for cleaning only.
