Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Front Mounting Bracket Installation

• Start installation from the driver-side front of the vehicle.
• Locate the factory threaded holes or studs on the inner body panel.
• Remove any obstructions to locate the threaded holes.

Step 2: Mounting Bracket Attachment

• Select a Mounting Bracket and bolt it to the vehicle using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.

Step 3: Rear Mounting Bracket Installation

• Repeat Steps 1-2 for the driver-side rear mounting bracket installation. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.

Step 4: Slider and Step Bar Installation

• Attach the sliders to the step bar using the provided carriage bolts. Then, attach the step bar to the mounting brackets using large flat washers and nylon lock nuts.
• Attention: Perform periodic inspections to ensure all hardware is secure and tight. Use mild soap or non-abrasive products for cleaning to protect your bars/boards.

INSTALLATION STEP

1. STEP 1 Start installation from the driver-side front of the vehicle. Locate the factory threaded holes or stud located on the side of the inner body panel, (Fig 1).
   • NOTE: Remove the plastic plug or any insulation on the side panel to locate the threaded holes.
2. STEP 2 Select (1) Mounting Bracket. Bolt the Mounting Bracket to the vehicle with (1) M8X1.25-35mm Hex Bolt, (2) M8 Large Flat Washers, (2) M8 Lock Washers, and (1) M8 Hex Nut, (Figs 2 & 3). Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.
3. STEP 3 Move to the rear mounting location. Repeat Steps 1-2 for Driver Side Rear Mounting Bracket installation. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.
4. STEP 4 M8X1.25-35mm Hex Bolt M8 Large Flat Washer M8 Lock Washer Once all (2) Driver-side mounting brackets are installed, then proceed to the Step Bar installation. (Figs 4 & 5)
5. Select (1) Slider and (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts;
6. Install (2) M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts in (1) Slider.
7. Slide the Slider (with carriage bolts) to the Step Bar.
8. Repeat to install the other (1) slider to the step bar.
9. Attach the Step Bar (with the Sliders) to the installed mounting brackets. Position the Sliders to the installed brack-ets.

  * Secure the Step Bar to the installed Brackets by using (4) M8 Large Flat Washers (4) M8 Nylon Lock Nuts and (2) Sliders, (Fig 5). Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.
  *  **Note:** The Sliders are packed with the Mounting Brackets.
  * Level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hardware.
