Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

  1. Start by installing the lower strut, ensuring that the bolts are oriented correctly based on whether you are looking at it from the back or front of the car.
  2. For rear installation, remove the rear trunk trim to access rear upper bolts. Remove any pieces obstructing access to the bolts.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Noise in rear end of vehicle: If you experience knocking or clunking over bumps, check for contact points between the upper shock mount and the subframe. You may need to adjust the upper shock mount to resolve this issue.
  2. Height Adjustment: To level the vehicle front to rear, adjust the height by lengthening or shortening the level sensor links. Lengthening lowers the vehicle, while shortening raises it.

FAQ

  • How do I adjust the height of my vehicle after installing the air suspension lift?
You can adjust the height by lengthening or shortening the level sensor links. Lengthening will lower the vehicle, while shortening will raise it.

  • What should I do if I hear noise from the rear end of the vehicle?
Check for contact points between the upper shock mount and the subframe. If necessary, adjust the upper shock mount to prevent contact.

INTRODUCTION

  • Front struts are installed this way on the front on the lower strut arms. You must loosen the control arms and use a pry bar to get the bolt in. A second person us useful to help.
  • Do not install the bolts from the outside in. Make sure you insert the bolt from the inside of the strut body facing outwards. Failure to do so will result in contact with the axle shaft.
NOTE : We recommend to always drive on and Off-road in “auto mode”. Driving on “Off-road” mode can cause long-term damage to the axle joints due to the extreme angles in “OFFROAD” setting. Contact us for our subframe drop kit to correct axle geometry to utilize “OFFROAD” mode reliably.

TIPS DURING INSTALLATION

  • Removing outer axle nut helps relieve tension on axle when removing struts. If you pull down too far you could pop the inner joint out.
  • Loosen the subframe bolts in front ( 4 bolts ) as far down as possible to allow the subframe to rest.
  • doing this will allow to take tension off the axle and make removal and installation of the axle easier.
  • We are not responsible for improper installation of this lift kit. Please have a professional install this kit. Email us if you have any questions or concerns: Info@eurowise.com
  • You can install them like the photo below or with all the bolts pointing outwards is acceptable as well.

  • With the rear suspension out, loosening all of the pivot points, this’ll make reinstall easier along with help keep the bushings from binding once the job is done.
  • For the springs, save yourself the headache.
  • Here are photos of how the rear Air suspension lift spacers on rear are installed. They are labeled Left and Right. Please use two left spacers for left side and two right spacers for right side. Along with that you will use the longer provided mounting bolts that are installed from the trunk. Make sure your bolts have the thick washer installed as well. Once strut is re installed make sure the strut is tight and not loose or rattling.
  • We recommend a prybar to use as leverage to push the hub down. You can disconnected the rear anti-sway bar to make this easier as well but it is not 100% needed.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

  • Noise in rear end of vehicle. (Knocking, clunking over bumps)

    • In some cases when the shock mounts are very worn and loose it can cause the upper shock mount on the airbags to contact the subframe after lowing for the lift kit. You can inspect this area below for contact points. To resolve you can drop the airbag and shave some of the upper mount to clear the subframe.

    • You can see below the place of contact after time.
