Product Usage Instructions
- Remove factory trunk brackets on all four corners using a T30 torque bit.
- Drill out using a 1/8 inch drill bit.
- Punch out using a punch or screwdriver and remove the D shape bracket.
- Pass the included bracket through the opening created.
- Test fit the bracket before bolting the rail system to confirm proper positioning.
- Install the rails using the supplied bolts and torque to 10 foot-pounds.
- Reinstall into the vehicle and reinstall the OEM Torx screws.
- Note: If you have a diesel Touareg model, the rail height may differ from the photos.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Remove Factory trunk brackets on all four corners using T 30 torque bit.

Needs to be drilled out using 1/8 inch drillbit.

You can punch out using a punch or screwdriver and pull out the rest of the way you will dispose of this and the D shape bracket that is removed.

Pass the included bracket through the opening that is created.

Test fit it before bolting the rail system on to confirm it is clocked in the right position. Do not tighten it down as you will install the rails next.

Now install the rails using supplied bolts torque to 10 foot pounds now reinstall into vehicle and reinstall the OEM Torx screws.
- If you have a diesel, Touareg model, it will have a different height rail from the photos.
