Assembly Manual for Fireplace Mantel Package

1. Frame Assembly
   – Using the 8 of the Camlock fastener screw, Screw the thread end in to the holes on the inter Side Panels (2). Now attach the Top Panel (1) and Bottom Panel (3) as seen in the drawing above. Using your screwdriver tighten all the cam locks.

2. Position the Frame on the Hearth:
   – Install 4 dowel pins in the Hearth (4). You can use a hammer to ensure the dowel pins is fully seated in the dowel pin holes. Then lift the frame assembly on the Hearth (4). Ensure the dowel pins are lined up with the dowel pin  holes on the bottom of the Side Panels (2). With downward and even pressure push the frame on to the hearth, this will allow the dowel pins for fully seat into the Side Panels (2) and Hearth (4). There should be no gap between the
   Side Panels (2) and Hearth (4)

3. Attach the Top Shelf
   – Install 4 dowel pins on in the dowel pin holes on the top of the Side Panels (2). You can use a hammer to ensure the dowel pins are fully seated in the dowel pin holes. Place the Top Shelf (5) on top of the assembled frame and ensure the dowel pins are line up with the corresponding holes on the Top Shelf (5). With downward and even pressure push the Top Shelf (5) on to the assembled frame, this will allow the dowel pins for fully seat into the To p S h e  lf (5) and assembled frame.

4. Position the Riser Box (optional)
   – Some Fireboxes require additional support the Riser Box (6) is designed to support the firebox, if you chose to use it just need to be place on the Hearth D behind the assembled panel

5. Installing the Fireplace Insert
   – Please follow the specific instructions provided in the fireplace insert manual for installation.
   – Ensure that the insert is properly and securely placed within the mantel package, following all safety guidelines and regulations.

Use care when assembling the product. Take your time and follow the instructions closely.

Do not use more than the maximum load as shown in the diagram.
The use of TVs or loads heavier than the maximum weights specified may result in instability, causing tip over, which could result in serious injury or death.
