Product Usage Instructions

Fixture Installation

1. Screw the STEM (B) to the BASE (A) of the fixture.

2. Screw the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) to the STEM (B) of the fixture.

3. Install the SILICONE WASHER (E) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) of the fixture.

4. Attach the GLASS (F) to the METAL SHADE (H) and secure with the BALL NUTS (G).

5. Screw the BULB (L) into the SOCKET of the fixture.
   NOTE: This fixture is rated for a maximum wattage Type B lamp. Do not exceed the recommended wattage.

6. Attach the METAL SHADE (H) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) and secure with the PLATE (I), RING (J), and FINIAL (K).

7. Plug the CORD (M) into the wall outlet. Use the dimmer switch on the cord to turn the fixture on and off.

Installation Instructions

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1. Screw the STEM (B) to the BASE (A) of the fixture.
2. Screw the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) to the STEM (B) of the fixture.
3. Install the SILICONE WASHER (E) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) of the fixture.
4. Attach the GLASS (F) to the METAL SHADE (H) and secure it with the BALL NUTS (G).
5. Screw the BULB (L) into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR MAX 8 WATT TYPE B LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
6. Attach the METAL SHADE (H) to the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (D) and secure with the PLATE (I), RING (J) and FINIAL (K).
7. Plug the CORD (M) into the wall outlet. Use the dimmer switch on the cord to turn the fixture on and off.
