TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
-
After installation, if there is too much of a gap between the decorative cover and the escutcheon, this is caused by the rough body being in the wrong position relative to the finished wall. To resolve this, disassemble the body spray. Remove the rough body, and increase the distance from the finished wall to the end of the pipe nipple (See illustration 2). Reinstall the components.

After installation, if the decorative cover rubs on the escutcheon when rotating the body spray, this is caused by the body being in the wrong position relative to the finished wall. To resolve this, disassemble the body spray. Remove the rough body, and decrease the distance from the finished wall to the end of the pipe nipple.
(See illustration 2) Reinstall the components. -
Low flow: If flow is disrupted for very long, there may be blockage on the screen provided with the rough body. Disassemble the body spray and remove the rough body. Inside the female IPS portion of the body is a removable screen. Remove the screen and clean. BE SURE TO REINSTALL THE SCREEN. Reinstall the body spray and test.
CLEANING AND CARE
Care should be given to the cleaning of this product. Although its finish is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.
Note: This bodyspray is designed to flow less than a typical body spray. The flow rate for this spray should be approximately 1.6 GPM. If the flow is significantly lower than 1.6 GPM, and cleaning the screen did not improve the flow, contact Delta Faucet® for assistance.
