Assembly
Step 1:
Using a pencil and spirit level (D), mark the desired position for the
mount on your wall, using the template (E) for the hole positions. Note: When
using spirit level, ensure the bubble is centered as per the image shown here.
If mounting on drywall or plasterboard, use a stud finder first to check
positions of wall studs and ensure the position is free from electrical
wiring. Using a drill, create the pilot holes.
Step 2: Drywall / Plaster:
Attach the wall mount (A) to the wall using the 4 ST8x90 screws (W-A) and
D8 washers (W-C). Ensure a 5mm excess is left between the head of the screw
and the wall surface. Do not use wall anchors.
Step 2: Masonry / Concrete:
Insert wall anchors (W-B) into all 6 drilled holes. Attach the wall mount
(A) to the wall using the 6 ST8x90 screws (W-A) and D8 washers (W-C). Ensure a
5mm excess is left between the head of the screw and the wall surface.
Step 2: Align the brackets with your TV’s VESA holes
Secure the brackets (B and C) to your TV using the supplied screws (M-set),
washer (M-E), and spacers (M-F, M-G) depending on the required length.
Step 3
Hook the TV with brackets installed onto the wall mount. Two people should
carry the TV to prevent damage. Once in place, use fasteners (F) to secure the
brackets in place.
Step 4
Adjust the tilt of the TV by ensuring the 4 bolts have enough tension to
counterbalance the weight of the TV.
