Wiring CUBE ToploaderTM Cart
Before you begin, ensure the unit is off and unplugged from the wall.
- TVTL30CADUSB comes fully pre-wired with USB-C adapters. SKIP to Step 10.
- For TVTL30CAD, use the key from the hardware pack to unlock the lower access panel.
- Remove the lower access panel to expose the power outlet modules.
- Open the CUBE ToploaderTM cart lid, remove the three cord covers by loosening the thumbscrews
- Drop adapters through the center opening in each row – 10 adapters per opening. After every 5 adapters, access the lower panel to plug into outlets.
- Measuring the perfect length: With the device connector end, measure the length from the divider on the left to reach to the divider on the right. Then secure the cable into the CableBossTM cable management feature in the divider on the left
- Repeat above process for all 30 adapters.
- In each row, pull the 10 cords toward the center of the divider and reinstall the cord cover. Tighten the thumbscrew at the top. Push extra length behind the cover and toward the bottom of the cart.
- Replace the lower access panel and lock using the key.
- Place up to 5 devices into each Bretford Caddy and load into the CUBE ToploaderTM Cart. Recommended to place all charging ports on same side and placed into the cart towards the edge.
- Connect the main CUBE ToploaderTM Cart power cable into the wall.
- Toggle the power switch on (“RESET”).
Power Manager
When the cart is turned on, the timer begins rotating power to half of the outlets every 10 minutes. This allows efficient charging of the devices in the cart from one standard wall outlet
