Product Usage Instructions

AMD AM4/AM5 Installation
To install the Phantom Spirit 120 on an AMD AM4/AM5 socket:

  1. Remove the original plastic support from the motherboard, but keep the backplate in place.
  2. Attach the AM4/AM5 rubber column to the original motherboard base plate.
  3. Push the backplane to align with the AM4/AM5 detent on the motherboard.
  4. Ensure the corresponding hole position on the mainboard passes through the main board.
  5. Tighten the AM4/AM5 screws from the front to secure the cooler.

Intel LGA115X/1200 Installation
To install the Phantom Spirit 120 on an Intel LGA115X/1200 socket:

  1. Place the Intel bracket on the backplate and secure it with screws.
  2. Thread in the LGA115X/1200 screws and tighten them.

Intel LGA20XX Installation
To install the Phantom Spirit 120 on an Intel LGA20XX socket:

  1. Place the Intel bracket on the backplate and secure it with screws.
  2. Thread in the LGA20XX screws and tighten them.
  3. Attach the brackets and tighten them further with nuts.

Intel LGA1700 Installation
To install the Phantom Spirit 120 on an Intel LGA1700socket:

  1. Push the backplane to align with the LGA1700 detent on the motherboard. Ensure the corresponding hole position on the mainboard passes
    through the main board.

  2. Tighten the LGA1700 stud from the front to secure the cooler.

Remove the AMD original plastic support, keep the back plate, and lock it to the original motherboard base plate with AM4/AM5 rubber column

Apply the hot paste, lock the main body with a screwdriver, and fix the fan with a fan wire

INTEL LGA115X/1200

Push the backplane to the LGA115x detent, and the corresponding hole position of the main board passes through the main board, and then tighten the LGA115x stud from the front Place the Intel bracket and fix it with screws

Apply the hot paste, lock the main body with a screwdriver, and fix the fan with a fan wire

INTEL LGA20XX

Thread in the LGA20XX screws; put on the brackets and then tighten with nuts.

Apply the bot paste, lock the main body with a screwdriver, and fix the fan with a fan wire

INTEL LGA1700

Push the backplane to the LGA1700 detent, and the corresponding hole position of the main board passes through the main board, and then tighten the LGA1700 stud from the front Place the Intel bracket and fix it with screws

Apply the hot paste, lock the main body with a screwdriver, and fix the fan with a fan wire

Fan Wiring

Insert 4-pin PWM fan header in CPU JAN socket on the motherboard, and use Y-cablet to sync fan speed for dua I fan setup.

For Fans with ARGB lighting. To control the ARGB lighting, connect the lighting header(3-pin +SV) to the motherboard ARGB lighting socket or ARGB lighting controller, lighting effects can be synced by connecting fan lighting headers with each other
