Installation for AMD Socket (AM4/AM5)
- Ensure that your CPU and motherboard are compatible with the Assassin King 120 MINI V2.
- Prepare the necessary components: AMD Screw x4, AMD Standoff x4.
- Place the motherboard on a flat surface and identify the AM4/AM5 mounting holes.
- Insert the AMD Standoffs into the AM4/AM5 mounting holes.
- Gently place the Assassin King 120 MINI V2 on top of the CPU, aligning the screw holes with the standoffs.
- Secure the cooler in place by screwing in the AMD Screws through the cooler and into the standoffs.
Installation for Intel Socket (LGA115x/1700)
- Ensure that your CPU and motherboard are compatible with the Assassin King 120 MINI V2.
- Prepare the necessary components: Intel Screw x4, Slider Position: C.
- Place the motherboard on a flat surface and identify the LGA115x/1700 mounting holes.
- Align the Slider Position: C with the LGA115x/1700 mounting hole DE.
- Gently place the Assassin King 120 MINI V2 on top of the CPU, aligning the screw holes with the mounting holes.

AMD AM4/AM5
REMOVE AMD AM4 plastic brackets, KEEP the back plate, install AM4 metal brackets with AM4 screws and AM4 plastic standoffs
Apply thermal grease on CPU, install the heatsink with a screw driver, and install fans on heatsink with fan clips
INTEL LGA115X/1200
Install the LGA115X/1700 back plate from the back of motherboard, then place plastic standoffs from front side of motherboard, install LGA115X/1200 metal brackets with screws
INTEL LGA1700
Install the LGA115X/1700 back plate from the back of motherboard, then place plastic standoffs from front side of motherboard, install LGA1700 metal brackets with screws
Apply thermal grease on CPU, install the heatsink with a screw driver, and install fans on heatsink with fan clips
Fan Wiring
For Fans with Addressable-RGB lighting, connect 3-Pin ARGB lighting header to motherboard 3-Pin +5V ARGB lighting socket to control lighting effect.
