Product Information

The High-End Video Wall Controller by Angustos is a hardware-based design, offering high-performance video processing with its dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chipset. This eliminates the limitations of a CPU or GPU found in conventional software or PC controllers. The controller supports up to 152 input x 144 output and has a modular design with hot swap capabilities. It also features multiple form connections, including HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, and IP streaming, allowing for system integration. The controller supports multiple videowalls and offers various features such as Multi Layers MPiPTM – Cross Screen, easy control with Drag & Drop, and High- end Video Wall Control with support for Overlap, Roaming, Stretching, and Zoom in/out. It also includes a front panel touchscreen for convenient control, IP Camera Direct Stream (iDirect StreamTM) support, background image and scrolling text options, and scheduling capabilities.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the High-End Video Wall Controller to the power supply using the provided power cord.
  2. Connect the desired input sources (such as HDMI, DVI, VGA, etc.) to the input ports of the controller.
  3. Connect the output ports of the controller to the display devices (e.g., monitors, projectors) using the appropriate cables (VGA, CVBS, YPbPR, SDI, IP HDBaseT, DVI, DP, HDMI).
  4. If needed, customize the layout of the video using the Drag & Drop feature on the front panel touch screen. Click and drag the video sources to their desired positions on the video wall.
  5. Use the Cross Screen feature to create up to 2 Layers of Matrix Picture in Picture (MPiPTM) on each screen.
  6. Utilize the High-end Video Wall Control features such as Overlap, Roaming, Stretching, and Zoom in/out to adjust the display settings as desired.
  7. If IP cameras are being used, ensure that the IP input card is properly connected to the network and configure the settings to support streaming video feed directly from IP CCTV Cameras.
  8. For additional customization, you can add a static Background Image and Scrolling Text to the video. This feature is particularly useful for applications in banks, stock houses, and digital signage.
  9. Save and recall different scene modes using the front panel touch screen.
  10. If desired, schedule scene mode changes or cycle advertising content on the video.
