Product Usage Instructions

Connection
To connect the headset to your phone:

Power on the headset. It will automatically turn on into a connectable mode.
On your phone, search for “QCY H2 Pro” and connect to it.

If you want to disconnect the headset from the connected device, hold the multifunctional button for four seconds. To power on the headset, press and hold the button for two seconds. The LED will blink red and white.

Multi-Point Connection
The headset can be connected to two devices at once:

Connect the headset to Device A.
Turn off the Bluetooth function on Device A. The headset will automatically turn into a connectable mode (indicated by LED blinking red and blue).
On Device B, search for “QCY H2 Pro” and connect to it.
Turn on the Bluetooth function on Device A and connect it to the headset.

Factory Settings
To restore the headset to factory settings:

Power on the headset.
Press and hold both the Volume up and Volume down buttons for 10 seconds or until the LED blinks red five times.

LED Indicators

Connected: LED blinks white every 10 seconds.
Bass mode: LED glows solid white.
Charging: LED glows solid red.
Fully charged: LED glows solid white.

Tips

Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge them.
Please use chargers made by qualified manufacturers.
If earbuds fail to be found by the phone, please restore the factory settings and try again. If a program error in the phone occurs, please restart the Bluetooth or reboot the phone.

Caveats

Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason to avoid any damage and danger.
Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
Please do not use earbuds for a long time as they may damage your hearing.

Connection

Power on the headset and it will automatically turn on into a connectable mode. On your phone, search for QCY H2 Pro and connect to it. The headset will automatically reconnect to the last device used, if any is in the vicinity. If you need to make them connectable able, meaning if you want to disconnect the headset from the connected device, hold the multifunctional button for four seconds.

Multi-Point Connection

The headset can be connected to two devices at once. First, connect the headset to Device A, then turn off its Bluetooth function and the headset will automatically turn into a connectable mode (that is signalled by LED blinking red and blue). On Device B, search for QCY H2 Pro and connect to it. Once again, turn on the Bluetooth function on Device A and connect it to the headset.

Factory Settings

To restore the headset to factory settings, power on the headset, and press and hold both the Volume up and Volume down buttons for 10 seconds or until the LED blinks red five times. After the factory reset is successful, the headset will be connectable once again.

LED Indicators

Connected: LED blinks white every 10 seconds.
Bass mode: LED glows solid white.
Charging: LED glows solid red.
Fully charged: LED glows solid white.

Functions

To power on the headset, hold the multifunctional button for two seconds.
To power off the headset, hold the multifunctional button for four seconds.
To answer or end a call, press the multifunctional button.
To ignore a call, hold the multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.
To skip to the previous track, hold the volume down button for a second.
To skip to the next track, hold the volume up button for a second.
To increase the sound volume, press the volume up.
To decrease the sound volume, press the volume down.
To wake up the voice assistant, double-press the multifunctional button.
To pause or play the music, press the multifunctional button.
To enter the bass mode, press the Bass button.
To enter the gaming mode, triple-press the multifunctional button.

Tips

Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
