INTENDED USE OF THE 5-IN-1 HAND RIVETER
The WORKPRO (W023022A) 5-IN-1 HAND RIVETER WITH 100 RIVETS is designed to set aluminum, steel, and stainless steel rivets. Included: 5 Nosepieces that will set the corresponding size rivets. Rivet sizes for this product range from 3/32-inch (2.4mm) to 1/4-inch (6.4mm).
RIVET SPECIFICATIONS: FITS
Included with the heavy-duty riveter are 5 interchangeable Nosepieces, which
are easily located on either side of the riveter . See Fig. 1.
Sizes Include:
- 3/32-inch (2.4mm), 1/8-inch (3.2mm), 5/32-inch (4.0mm), 3/16-inch (4.8mm), 1/4-inch (6.4mm). See Table 1.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Open the riveter handles outward as far they can go to install a rivet.
- Place the desired size rivet into the corresponding size nosepiece (installed prior).
- With handles spread wide, push rivet into pre-drilled hole and apply pressure on the rivet and application surface. Squeeze handles together until the rivet head pops free from the mandrel.
- If rivet is not separated from the mandrel, re-spread the handles of the riveter and slide the nosepiece against the rivet button and squeeze again until rivet pops free of the mandrel.
CHANGING NOSEPIECES
- Select corresponding size nosepiece for the desired size rivet for your project.
- Simply remove and replace the desired nosepiece on the head of the riveter. Keep nosepieces not in use stored safely on either side of the handles.
ADJUST THE HEAD
Under normal conditions no adjustment of the head is needed.
However In the event that the tool is jamming the tool is equipped with an
adjustable head:
Simply twist adjustable head of the riveter to clear the jam, the mandrel will
fall out of the bottom of the riveter. See Fig. 3.

- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
- DO NOT USE tool outside of designed intent.
- DO NOT alter or modify tool for any other purpose or use.
- DO NOT POINT a loaded hand riveter at another person or animal,
- Users/Bystanders: Always wear Certified approved goggles to shield eyes.
- Only use accessories specifically designed for this tool.
- Improper use, operation, modification, and/or maintenance of this tool can result in serious injury or death.
- Select only the correct accessories of the correct size and design for the job that you are attempting to perform. See Fig. 1 for more detailed information.
- Prior to and during usage, ensure you work area is clean, safe, well-lit, organized and adequately equipped.
