TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No power | Please check to see if the power supply is properly connected to the |
power jack.
The power LED light is on but unit is not working| I. Check that the shoes are
inserted properly
into the shoe holders. The unit will not work if the shoes do not cover the
infrared sensor completely. (This is to avoid harmful UV light exposure.)
2. Do your shoes have a lot of open areas such as
slippers that cannot cover the infrared sensor thoroughly? If you cover your
shoes fully with
a towel or use any old or new sock before inserting it into the shoe holders,
it will help cover the infrared sensor and block you from UV light exposure.
Unit not working| Please note that the motor inside the shoe holders will
start to work 30 seconds after being switched on. Please wait 30 seconds and
listen carefully to confirm that the motor starts.
