What is Sunlight 365?
Sunlight 365 is a light that mimics natural sunlight. It is designed specifically to produce certain wavelengths of light in order to give the user the effect of artificial sunlight. Light regulates our lives. We wake up with the light and go to sleep when it is dark. During winter months when there is less natural sunlight or when it’s raining or snowing, you might be affected by not being as active and feeling the “blues”. A bright light in a sunlight frequency can help as your brain perceives it as natural sunlight.

Recommended Usage
- Use as early as possible in the morning.
- Daily use: 30-60 minutes.
- Place at arm’s length away.
Do not let this light treatment interrupt your normal activities: eating breakfast, reading newspapers, watching television, etc. Glance at the light occasionally during each session.

Power
To turn “ON” press the power button. To turn “OFF” press the power button and hold for 3 seconds.
Light Intensity
The information is shown as a percentage of light intensity.
Intensity level: 10- 100%.
Timer
The timer counts down the remaining time that has been selected.
Timer choices: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Caution:
- Do not stare directly at the Sunlight 365.
- This product is not listed as a medical device.
Please consult your doctor prior to using Sunlight 365. Users with eye problems, eye injury, laser corrective eye surgery or any other eye-related conditions – are advised to consult your opthalmologist or health care provider before using Sunlight 365. If you feel uncomfortable after using Sunlight 365, discontinue use immediately & consult your doctor.
Operating Instructions

Plug the adapter into SUN365 and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
Note: The SUN365 unit must be plugged in to operate -
To turn on the SUN365, press the “POWER” button. The LCD clock will display the time and ON will appear on the display.

To turn on the timer, press the “TIMER” button repeatedly to choose either 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- Press the “LIGHT” button to activate the timer.

To turn on the SUN365 LED lights, press the “LIGHT” button. The lights will turn on and the display will show the level of light intensity.
- To change the light intensity, press the arrows up or down to increase or decrease light intensity from 10 to 100%.
- To turn of the SUN365 lights, press the “LIGHT” button and the lights will turn off.

To change the time on the LCD clock:
- Press and hold the “TIMER” button until the hour blinks, then use the up and down arrow buttons to change the hour.
- Next, press the “TIMER” button again and the minutes will blink, then use the up and down arrow buttons to change the minutes.
- When the desired time is obtained, press the “TIMER” button again to set time.
If the product display stops functioning replace the CR2032 battery and re- plug the adapter.
