GETTING STARTED
STEP 1: To eject the card tray, pry it up and slide out the SIM tray
STEP 2: Retrieve the card tray and insert the nano SIM card and nano SIM
card OR
STEP 3: Close the card tray
SIM CARD/MEMORY CARD INSTALLATION
- Power off the mobile phone and disconnect it from charger before unmounting
- Before removing memory card, make sure it has been disconnected first!
- Exercise caution when operating SIM card/memory card, as friction or bending may damage the card.
- Keep the mobile phone and its fittings such as the SIM cards/memory cardsbeyond children’s reach.
- If the memory card cannot be read, please check whether it is has been inserted
- Producer does not guarantee compability with every memory
- Please note: Dual SIM in standby will shorten the standby time compared to single
- Make sure the battery is fully charged if it has been out of use for a long NOTE: The battery is not detachable. Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.
INGRESS PROTECTION RATING
This product is water-resistant and dustproof based on IP68 rating, which
testssubmersion up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.
Note: Despite this classification, your device is not impervious to water
damage in any situation. Ensure the earphone and USB rubber plugs are
perfectly closed while using near water, or in a humid environment, to ensure
the phone remains waterproof and dust proof.
Maintenance after removing from water:
- After removing from water, do not uncover the phone body until it is completely wiped dry by towels or tissue papers.
- Carefully dry away water drops from the phone’s speaker, earpiece and microphone after the entire phone has been removed from water, and then place to dry in open air. Do not use electric hair driers to dry the phone.
NOTE: Do not expose the device to salt water or ionized water. If the device is dropped or receives an impact, the water and dust resistant features of the device may be damaged.
IMPORTANT : Water and dust protection rating is not permanent, and can decrease over time, as a result of everyday usage of the device. Despite the IP68 rating and strengthened casing, the device is not resistant to damages in certain situations. The warranty does not cover mechanical nor liquid damages.
CHARGING
Charge the smartphone using the provided USB cable. Connect the cable to USB type-C port on the device. Other end of the cable plug into provided charger or compatible USB port.
- Make sure the phone is fully charged before turning it on for the first
- Use only original charging devices and batteries approved by the producer. Using other accessories may damage the device.
Overheating
While charging, the temperature of the device and the charger may get
increased. This does not affect the device’s lifespan or performance and is in
the device’s normal range of operation.
However, if there is an excessive increase in temperature or overheating,
depending on the factor that caused it: device’s performance may be
significantly reduced, charging process may be stopped, the device may turn
off or display notification about switching off for cooling. Function
available only in selected models. Important: if the device displays
notification about overheat, turn it off and do not turn it back on until
completely cooled down!
In case of overheat during charging:
- Disconnect the charger from the

- Wait for the device to cool down, and then begin charging the device again. If the part of the device where the USB port is placed overheats, check for damage to the connected USB Replace the damaged USB cable with a new authorized cable.
The device may also overheat during operation when using several battery consuming applications or functions. In case of overheat during usage:

- Disconnect any connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, data transfer ).
- Lower the screen brightness
- Wait for the device to cool down before attempting to use it
Safety precautions concerning operation environment
In order to maintain battery’s longevity, and to avoid overheat, follow basic precautions including provisions listed below:
- Do not use / store the device in very hot or cold environments nor expose to direct sunlight (e.g. on a car’s dashboard when using as a navigation).
- Do not place the device on surfaces that may cause overheat e.g. electric heating
- Do not place near sources of heat g. radiators, microwave ovens, hot kitchen appliances nor high pressure containers.
- DO NOT use damaged charger or battery!
- Use only authorized chargers, batteries and cables! Using unauthorized accessories may damage the device or battery. Connecting charger with inadequate parameters may result with damage to the device and poses risk to the user.
TURN ON
Turn on: Press and hold the power button until the screen goes on.
Turn off: Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds, then
chooseappropriate (Power off).
LANGUAGE
Once the phone is ON you can personalize it to your needs. To change language go to Main Menu, open Settings, go to Language and input, enter Language and select appropriate.
FUNCTION KEYS
**Power button: Press and hold Power key to open the power key menu,
where youcan turn off the phone (Power off) or Restart.
Volume button: Press the volume keys to change the ring volume (on the
home screen) or the earpiece volume (during a call).
Function button: can be as ascribed to Push-To-Talk function with pre-
installed Zello app or to a desired function (with an third party
application).
Camera button: when in camera mode, press to take a picture/start or stop
recording a video.
Overview button: Press the button to display recently used apps menu.
Home button: Press Home to return to the home screen. Press and hold the
button to open Google Assistant™ function.
Back button:** Goes back to previous screen or closes keyboard (if open).
SAFETY ALERT AND CAUTIONS
Road safety comes first: Do not use a hand-held phone while driving. Use
hands-free fittings when calls are unavoidable while driving. In some
countries, dialing or receiving calls while driving is illegal!
Switch off in aircraft: Wireless devices can cause interference in
aircraft. Please make sure that your mobile phone is powered off (or switch to
flight mode) in flight.
Switch off before entering risky areas: Strictly
observe the relevant laws, codes, and regulations on the use of mobile phones
in risky areas. Turn off your mobile phone before entering a place susceptible
to explosion, such as an oil station, oil tank, chemical plant or a place
where a blasting process is under way.
Observe all special regulations: Follow any special regulations in force
in any area such as hospitals and always switch off your phone whenever it is
forbidden to use it or, when it may cause interference or danger. Properly use
your mobile phone near medical apparatuses, such as pacemakers, hearing aids
and some other electronic medical devices, as it may cause interference to
such apparatuses.
Interference: The conversation quality of any mobile phone may be
affected by radio interference. An antenna is built inside the mobile phone
and located below the microphone. Do not touch the antenna area during a
conversation, as the conversation quality may deteriorate.
Ǫualified service: Only qualified personnel may install or repair phone
equipment. Installing or repairing the mobile phone on your own may bring
great danger and violates the warranty rules.
Accessories and batteries: Use only approved accessories and batteries.
Use sensibly: Use only in a normal and proper manner, and only as
indicated in this instruction manual.
Emergency calls: Ensure the phone is switched on and in service, enter
the emergency number, e.g. 112, then press the Dial key. Give your location
and state your situation briefly. Do not end the call until told to do so.
Note: Similarly to other mobile phones, this device may not support every
function described in this manual due to network settings or radio broadcast
operator. Some networks may not support 112 emergency calls too. Therefore,
you should not rely only on mobile phones in critical situations. In case of
any doubts, it is advised to contact local operator.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Please don’t leave the phone, the battery, and the charger in the bathroom and other high humidity places, and prevent them from rain.
