INTEND USE
Saw blades are cutting tools designed for use with a saw machine. They are used to cut various materials such as wood, metal and plastic. Saw blades are typically made of HSS,HCS or BIM.
BLADE SELECTION AND INSTALLATION
- Select the blade with the appropriate teeth for the material being cut.
- Blade shank type is T-shank, make sure to use with matched jig saw machine.
- Turn off the saw machine and unplug it from the power source.
- Release the blade clamp mechanism and remove the old blade.
- Insert the new blade into the blade clamp mechanism and tighten it securely.
- Check that the blade is properly aligned and secure before operating the machine.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
- Keep saw blades out of reach of children.
- Always wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear-muff and a dust mask when using saw blades.
- Always use the appropriate blade, speed and stroke length for the material being cut.
- Keep the blade perpendicular to the workpiece to avoid binding or bending the blade.
- Do not force the blade through the material being cut. Allow the blade to do the work.
- Do not touch the blade or the workpiece until the blade has come to a complete stop.
- Do not use damaged or worn blades as this can cause the blade to break or bend during use, leading to serious injury.
- Always disconnect the machine from the power source before changing, adjusting, or cleaning the blade.
- Saw blades are sharp cutting tools and can cause injury if not used properly. Always read and follow the instructions and safety guidelines.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- After use, wipe the blade clean with a soft cloth and lubricate it with a light oil or silicone spray.
- Store the blade in a dry and clean place, away from moisture and dust.
- Check the blade for signs of wear or damage before each use.
Replace the blade if it is worn, damaged or dull.
