How to download your digital pass on your Android device
- Open the email on your desired mobile device.
- For Android users, tap the “G Pay – Save to Phone” icon in the email’s body.
- A pop-up will appear, and you should add the pass to your G Pay account by tapping “Add.
Your pass is now saved to your Google account.
Understanding and accessing your digital Matchday ticket on Matchday
- To access your digital matchday ticket on the day of the match, open your Google Pay app.
- Tap on the BFC icon to bring up your digital ticket.
- The pass will be displayed, showing entrance and seat details. For more information, select the three dots in the top right corner. You will be able to see a detailed description of your ticket including price class, fan number, restrictions, and more.
