ANDROID LUCID Hearing APP
CONNECTING AND USING you’re POWERED BY LUCID® HEARING AID WITH YOUR ANDROID” SMARTPHONE QUICK SETUP AND USAGE GUIDE FOR THE LUCID HEARING APP The Lucid Hearing App will work with an Android 10 or higher operating system.
Search for ‘Lucid Hearing’ to download the app onto an Android-compatible phone.
START-UP DISPLAY
The first time you open the app you will be met with 3 introductory Screens. Click “next” to continue to the next page
CONNECT /PAIRING
- Click connect
- A confirmation appears after pairing is complete.
ADJUSTMENT TABS
Volume
The volume control view lets you toggle between controlling both of your
hearing aids at the same time or independently.
When controlling hearing aid volume independently you can also selectively mute one or the two hearing aids.
Programs
Tap program name to change program. Toggle between one and both hearing aids
. Ensure the
programs on both hearing aids match to reenable synchronized program control.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you are having trouble pairing, try these steps:
- Unpair the hearing aids from all Android devices.
- Power-cycle the device (off/on).
- Make sure you have fresh batteries in the hearing aids.
- Power-cycle the Hearing Aids.
- Be sure to pair within 180 seconds of turning on the hearing aids.
