Product Usage Instructions

Connection

Open the lid of the charging case to power the earbuds.
On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and search for “QCY-T18”.
Tap on “QCY-T18” to connect to the earbuds.
If you power off and on the earbuds again, they will automatically reconnect to the last device they were connected to, if available.

Switching Connection Between Two Devices

Put the earbuds back into the case.
Open the lid of the case and keep pressing the charging case button for four seconds or until one earbud’s LED glows solid blue while the other blinks blue.
On your second device, search for “QCY-T18” and tap on it to connect.

Factory setting

If the earbuds fail to connect with the phone, put them into the case and leave the case open.
Hold the button on the case for ten seconds to restore the earbuds to factory settings.
The LEDs on the earbuds will flash white to indicate that they are reset.
After resetting, the earbuds will be connected to the phone again.

Charging

Charging the case:

The LED on the case glows solid red when the case is being charged.
The LED on the case glows solid blue when the case is fully charged.

LED indicators on the case:

When the battery level of the case is over 20%, the indicator glows blue.
When the battery level of the case is under 20%, the indicator glows red.

Wearing

Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
The earbuds need to be fully charged before first use.
If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge them.

Caveats

Never disassemble or modify your earbuds to avoid any damage and danger.
Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.

Connection

Open the lid to power on the earbuds. On your phone, search for QCY-T18 in your Bluetooth settings and connect to them by tapping them.
If you power them on again, they will automatically reconnect to the last device in connectivity records, if any.

Wearing

First, choose ear tips that fit you the most.

Then it’s time to put the earbuds into your ear. First, push the earbud into the ear canal and shake your head to check stability.
Then adjust the microphone – it should always face towards your mouth for the best calling experience. Finally, fit the earbuds properly, so you get the best experience from listening to music.

Tips

Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
The earbuds need to be fully charged before first-time use.
If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge them.

If earbuds fail to be found by the phone, please restore the factory settings and try again. If a program error in the phone occurs, please restart the Bluetooth or reboot the phone.

Functions

To power-on the earbuds, keep touching the panel for 1.5 seconds.
To power-off the earbuds, return them to the charging case and close the lid.
To answer or end a call, double tap the touch panel.
To ignore a call, keep tapping the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
To skip to the previous track, keep tapping the left panel for 1.5 seconds.
To skip to the next track, keep tapping the right panel for 1.5 seconds.
To wake up the voice assistant, triple tap the left touch panel.
To play the music or pause it, double tap the touch panel.
To enter the gaming mode, triple tap the right panel.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
