Safety instructions
The user manual is part of the product and contains important information for correct use.
- Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.
- Keep this user manual.
- Do not open the housing.
- Do not modify product and accessories.
- Use product, product parts and accessories only in perfect condition.
- Do not repair defective products yourself, but contact the dealer or the manufacturer.
- NEVER leave the product unattended while in operation.
Not recommended for children and people with physical and/or mentally limited capabili- ties.
- Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against accidental use.
Please always observe the accident prevention regulations for electrical
systems and equipment set forth by the Health and Safety Executive.
Trained personnel must always supervise the handling of products and
accessories in schools, training facilities and workshops for hobbies and
self-help.
Risk of crushing
- Do not hold limbs between moving product parts.
These can pinch or crush limbs.
Blinding
- Never look directly into the light source.
- Never look at bright sources of light, such as LED lamps or lasers, through the lens.
The eyes can be damaged!
- Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight, microwaves, vibrations and mechanical pressure.
- Only use in dry ambience.
- Install the system and devices attached to it in a way that persons cannot be injured, or objects not be damaged for example by dropping or stumbling.
- Only use the table stand on surfaces that are stable, slip-resistant and horizontal. Voltage-free only with pulled plug.
- In case of emergency, after use and during a thunderstorm, pull the mains plug out of the socket directly at the plug housing.
- Switch the light off after doing any work on the product and unplug the power cord.
Fire hazard
Intense sunlight is concentrated by the lens and can magnify it to the point
that it creates a fire hazard.
- Always keep the lens out of direct sunlight when not in use and ALWAYS close the cover flap.
- Do not install the product near flammable liquids or gases!
There is a risk of fire and explosion.
- Do not attach any objects to the product.
Cutting hazard
Broken glass is extremely sharp
- Exercise caution when removing the lens.
- Dispose broken glass with suitable protective measures
Description and function
Product
The product is an energy-saving LED magnifying lamp for illuminating work areas and magnifying details. It is ergonomically shaped, variably adjustable and space-saving.

Intended use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chapter
„Description and Function“ or in the „Safety Instructions“. Use the product
only in dry interior rooms. Not attending to these regulations and safety
instructions might cause fatal accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and
property.
IP20: This product is protected against medium sized foreign objects, but
not against water ingress.
Preparation

Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.

Compare the specifications of product, power supply and peripherals.
These must be identical. -
Check underlays and panels for stability.
Connection and operation
CAUTION! Risk of injury from tripping and falling.
- Lay cables in a safe manner.
NOTICE! Material damage
- Mount and dismount the product carefully.
- Keep enough space around the product to ensure good ventilation and mobility
- Before each use, check that the lamp is securely fastened.
- Hold the table clamp securely with one hand and align the lamp with the other hand.
- Switch the lamp on or off using the ON/OFF switch (9)

The magnifying lamp has a touch sensor that adjusts the brightness within 5
brightness le- vels.
- To increase the brightness, press the touch sensor (A) until you reach the desired brightness.
- To darken, press the touch sensor (B) until you have reached the desired brightness.
Replacing the lamps
The lamps are permanently installed and cannot be replaced.
Removing and replacing the magnifying lens (60363)
The magnifying lens is replaceable and can be removed if broken or for transport.

Switch off the magnifying lamp.

Adjust the lamp horizontally.

Turn the fixing ring (2) counterclockwise with both hands to loosen the lens.
See Fig. 3.

Remove the old magnifying lens (4).

Insert a new magnifying lens (4).

Turn the fixing ring (2) clockwise with both hands to fix the lens.
Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transportation
The product is maintenance-free.
NOTICE! Material damage
- Be careful to avoid scratches.
- Switch the product off and unplug it from the mains before each cleaning.
- Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
- Do not use detergents or chemicals.
- Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protected ambien- ce when not in use.
- Store cool and dry.
- Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
Disposal instructions
Product
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic equipment
must not be disposed with consumers waste. Its components must be recycled or
disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contaminative and hazardous
substances can damage the health and pollute the environment. As a consumer,
you are committed by law to dispose electrical and electronic devices to the
producer, the dealer, or public collecting points at the end of the devices
lifetime for free. Particulars are regulated in national right. The symbol on
the product, in the user manual, or at the packaging alludes to these terms.
With this kind of waste separation, application, and waste disposal of used
devices you achieve an important share to environmental protection.

Packaging can be disposed of free of charge at the suitable collection points
– pa- per belongs in paper bins, plastics belong in yellow sacks and glass
