Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Open the carton and take out the parts.
Check whether the number of components is complete.
Step 2: Splicing the Bumper.
- B19: M8x25 – x12
- W19: 8x24x2 – x24
- W16: 8×12 – Align the holes
- N22: M8x12 – x4
- B12: M8x16 – x4
- N14: Hex Flange Nuts – x4
The Bumper is assembled.
Step 3: Install the Winch Basket.
- B53: M10x35 – x2
- W33: 10 – x2
- W3: 10 – x2
- B43: M10x35 – x2
- N26: M10 – x2
Note: The Bolt is only used to fix the Winch Bracket, and it is convenient to install the two mounting holes under the winch bracket. Please keep it and use it in the next step. Winch Basket installed successfully.
Step 4: Install the Bumper.
- B43: M10x35 – x8
- W33: 10 – x8
- W32: 10 – x8
- N26: M10 – x8
Bumper installed successfully.
Step 6: Install the Shackles.
