How to Insert Batteries

  • Open the battery cover and insert the AAA batteries into the battery storage slot.
  • Be careful of polarity when inserting the battery.
  • LED blinks red when low battery.
  • Replace the batteries when the movement of the mouse cursor becomes rough or when the LED sensor does not turn on.
  • Turn off the mouse when replacing the batteries.
  • When replacing the batteries, please use new AAA batteries.
  • Leaving the expired batteries in the mouse may result in leakage so be sure to remove the batteries when expired.

Connection with Mouse

Bluetooth device connection >

  • Pairing method for the first time

  • Switch on the mouse, press and hold the pairing button until the LED of the corresponding device at the bottom flashes.

  • Enter the pairing mode.

  • When the following model name is displayed on the device side, the pairing has been successfully completed with the operation method on the device side.

  • Device name: “SANWA Gravi”
    After the pairing operation is complete When the power switch on the mouse is turned “on”, it will be connected to the device automatically.

  • Pair a second Bluetooth device

  • Press the connection switch button. The LED at the bottom will switch.

  • Press and hold the pairing button in the same way as the first pairing method.

  • Pair with”SANWA Gravi’with the operation method on the device side.

  • After pairing is complete, press the connection switch button to

  • switch between the 2 devices.

< USB wireless device connection>

  • Warning: It is recommended that other apps are closed before connecting the trackball mouse.
  • Press the connection switch button. The LED at the bottom will switch.
  • Turn on the PC and wait until OS starts up completely.
  • Connect this product to the USB port of the computer.
  • Hardware detection will start automatically and a wizard will launch to update the device driver. installation is automatically completed foi Mac products)

Switching Devices

  • This product can be connected to 2 Bluetooth devices and 1 USB device.
  • Please follow the instructions in “9. Connection with Mouse” to complete the pairing of the relevant device.
  • Press the connection switch button to switch to the corresponding device.

Set Deceleration Mode

  1. Set to deceleration mode to slow down t Cursor speed.
  2. How to set: Press and hold the right button and the forward button simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. The LED will blink and enter the deceleration mode.
  3. How to cancel press and hold the right button and the back button simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. The LED will blink and the deceleration mode will be canceled.

Customize Buttons (for Windows Only)

  1. To use the button custom function, you need to install a driver from our website
  2. Only Windows is available. [Driver installation method]
  3. Access”https://www.sanwa.com/download/tbx.exe
  4. Click to download and save the file.
  5. Confirm the agreement on the software specification license, click “Yes” and start the download.
  6. Follow the instructions and click “Next” and “Install”. If you have any problems during installation or use, please contact us.
  7. The driver is installed. Click “Finish”.

Troubleshooting

  • Q. Trackball (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.
  • A. Check to make sure the pairing has been severed. (see Step 9)
  • Make sure that the batteries have been correctly inserted. Make sure that the trackball’s power has not been switched to OFF.
  • The battery level may be low; try replacing the battery.
