SAFETY INFORMATION
- Do not pull this unit, push it when moving.
- Use the brakes when this product is not being moved. This prevents the product from rolling.
- Do not alter this product in any manner.
- Before locking the unit, ensure the drawer is completely closed in order for the lock mechanism to work properly.
- Do not step in the tray.

- Do not attach or mount this product to a vehicle. This may cause personal injury or product damage.
- Do not stand or step on this product. You may fall which may cause personal injury.
- Keep the product on level surfaces. The product may become unstable and tip if stored or moved on an unlevel surface, which may cause personal injury or product damage.
- Lock the drawers before moving this product. The drawers could come open and make the product unstable and tip, which may cause personal or product damage.
- Keep children and bystanders away while loading, unloading and moving the product.
- Do not lift this product directly with a forklift or tow with any mechanical devices.
- Do not exceed the maximum product weight, including contents. Do not exceed the maximum product weight for each drawer. Do not exceed the maximum weight for each tray. See Specifications on page 3.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION!
Two people are recommended for assembly.
STEP 1: INSTALL THE CASTERS
- Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded cart.
- Lay the bottom tray (I) on its back.
- Attach two swivel casters with brake (G) to one side of the bottom tray (I) with eight M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 1).
- Attach two fixed casters (H) to the other side of the bottom tray (l), using eight M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 1).
- Carefully put the bottom tray (I) to its upright position.
- Step down the levers to lock the swivel casters with brakes(G).
Note:
- Be sure to lock both swivel casters with brake to prevent tool cart from rolling or swiveling.
- The side handle (C) can be attached to either side of the tool cart, but must be as the same side where the swivel casters with brake (G) will be installed.

STEP 2: INSTALL THE LEGS
- Attach the four legs (F) to the outside corners of the bottom tray (I) with eight M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 2).
NOTE:
- Do not tighten the bolts and nuts completely before step 7.
- Ensure the legs(F) are in the right direction with the one hole at the bottom and four holes on the top.

STEP 3: INSTALL THE MIDDLE TRAY
- Place the middle tray (J) in the middle of the four legs(F), securing with eight M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 3).
Do not tighten the bolts completely.
Note:
Tighten a M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolt in each of the diagonal hole to balance
the middle tray (J), which helps release the hand pressure as quickly as
possible.

STEP 4: INSTALL THE BACK RAIL, FRONT RAIL AND TWO SIDE BRACES
NOTE:
Make sure you attach each brace with the drawer slide facing towards the
interior of the cart. On each brace, there is a large stop that will keep the
drawer from moving further back and an open slide that the drawer will fit
into. Each brace should be attached with the large stop at the back of the
cart and the open slide at the front of the cart.
- Place the right side brace with outer drawer slide (E) between the legs (F). Make sure the outer drawer slide on the right side brace (E) is pulled out facing forward.
- Insert the back rail (B) between the legs (F) at the back of the cart.
- Line up the holes in the right side brace with outer drawer slide (E) and back rail (B) with the 1st and 4th holes down from the top of the legs at the back of the cart. Attach and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 using three M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) (Fig. 4). Do not tighten the bolt completely. Make sure the protruding end of right side brace with outer drawer slide (E) faces up.
- Insert the front rail (D) between the legs (F) at the front of the cart.
- Line up the holes in the right side brace with outer drawer slide (E) and front rail (D) with the 1st and 4th holes down from the top of the legs at the front of the cart. Attach and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 using three M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) (Fig. 5).
- Repeat on the left side to attach the left side brace with outer drawer slide (M) and the left end of the back rail (B) and front rail (D). Do not tighten the bolt completely. Make sure the protruding end of left side brace with out drawer slide (M) faces up.

STEP 5: INSTALL THE PEGBOARD
- Attach the two pegboards (L) to the legs (F) of the cart with eight M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and four M6 nuts (BB), and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 and 10mm combination wrench (Fig. 6).

STEP 6: INSTALL THE LOCKING LEVER AND THE LOCK
- Install the curved end of locking lever (P) into the two holes of back rail (B) (Fig. 7).
- Insert the lock(O) in the hole of the front rail (D), and insert the locking nut (Q) across the lock, then connect with the other end of locking lever (P).
- Screw the locking nut (Q) to secure the lock (0) with an adjustable wrench (Fig. 8).
- Insert the key (L) into the lock(M) to verify proper operation.

STEP 7: INSTALL THE TOP TRAY
- Place the top tray (A) on the top of the four legs(F), securing with four M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA), and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 9).
NOTE: Tighten all the bolts completely.

STEP 8: INSTALL THE SIDE HANDLE
- Loose and take off two M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) that are secured on the left side brace with outer drawer slide (E) at step 4, but the position of the side brace must be as the same side where the swivel casters with brake (G) will be installed.
- Attach the side handle (C) close to the side of the brand “WORKPRO”, securing with four M6 x 12mm Phillips head bolts (AA) and two M6 nuts (BB), and tighten to desired tightness with Phillips screwdriver PH3 (Fig. 10).
Note:
The side handle (C) can be attached to either side of the tool cart, but must
be as the same side where the swivel casters with brake (G) will be installed
(Fig. 10).
CAUTION!
Ensure tightening the bolts and nuts of the tool cart, otherwise tipping may
occur in subsequent installation, cause personal or product damage.

STEP 9: INSTALL THE DRAWERS
- Pull the outer drawer slides of the side brace (E/M) out until fully extended.
- Hold the outer drawer slide of the side brace (E/M) on the tool cart while aligning them with inner slides on the drawer (K).
- Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.
- Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage the slide.
- Open the drawer and close it to verify proper operation.
- Repeat the process for the second drawer.

USING THE CASTER BRAKE
- To lock the swivel casters with brake, step down the levers.
- To unlock the swivel casters with brake, pull up the levers.
Note:
Be sure to lock both swivel casters with brake to prevent tool cart from
rolling or swiveling. REMOVING THE DRAWER
- Fully extend and empty the drawer.
- Push up the one release lever while pulling down on the other release lever.
- Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer slide.
MAINTENANCE

MAINTAINING THE CASTERS
■ Grease the casters annually using high quality bearing grease. -
MAINTAINING THE DRAWERS
■ Periodically clean the drawer trim, and inside the drawers with a mild detergent and water.
■ Remove grease and oil with a standard, nonflammable cleaning fluid.
■ The use of drawer liners is recommended to protect the finish inside the drawers and make the drawers easier to clean.
■ Lubricate the slides semi-annually with grease or equivalent.
