- Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
- Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

TO AVOID INJURY OR DEATH:
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED.
DO NOT ALLOW OLDER CHILDREN TO CLIMB OR PLAY ON THE CHANGE TABLE .
The maximum age of the child using this change centre is 12 months or a
maximum weight of 11 kgs. Keep the change centre away from stoves, heaters,
open fires and other hazards.
Do not use accessories other than those supplied and approved by the
manufacturer.
Promptly replace worn out or torn broken parts. Keep changer away from stoves,
heaters, campfires and other hazards. Do not use this changer if any part is
broken, torn or missing. This product is not intended for commercial use.

How to care for your Childcare Change Table

ASSEMBLY CONTENTS
CHECK WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED
You have received 1 box. Please check the contents of the box against the list
below. If anything is missing, please contact us.
ASSEMBLY/ OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Unfold upper shelf

Unfold both brackets
Important: Remember to fix the safety buckle at the bottom. -
Unfold the brakets
Push down the level until it is locked. Repeat on the one. -
Connect the brakets onto upper shelf, make sure the spring buttons on tubes will come up of the holes.

Insert the support tube into the hole of the fabric layer.

Fix the support tube onto the holes of brakets. Make sure the velcro tape on the fabric is facing up.

Use screws,washer and screw driver as supplied.

Close the velcro tape
NOTE: -
For easier assembly, you may fold the changing table first. Then fix the support tubes onto the brakets.

The wheels shall be locked when the changing table is in use.

Install the shelf tube onto both sides of the shelf basket.

Fold the chaning table when not in use.
Hold the handle, turn left and lift it up. (Step a & b) Repeat on the other side of the changing table. Press the buttons on both sides and lift it up. (Step c) -
Fold the changing table and fashen the belt.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CHILDCARE CHANGE TABLE
CLEANING
To ensure the long-lasting use of your change table, dry it with a soft
absorbent cloth after use.
Use a damp cloth to clean the frame. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Allow it to
dry thoroughly. Removable and non-removable farbics covers and trims maybe
cleaned using a damp cloth with soap or mild detergent. Allow it dry
completely before folding or storing it away. Do not dry clean, or use bleach
on fabrics or trims. Do not machine wash, tumble or spin dry, unless the care
labelling on the product permits these methods
MAINTENANCE
Check change table regularly to ensure that locking devices and components are
secure and working properly. Always check parts regularly for tightness of
screws, nuts and other fasteners – tighten or replace if required. To maintain
the safety of your change table, seek prompt repairs for bent, torn, worn or
broken parts. Use only those parts and accessories approved by us. To prevent
mould or mildew, do not fold or store the product if it is damp or wet. Allow
it to dry thoroughly. Always store the product in a well ventilated area and
away from direct sunlight.

FALL HAZARD Children have suffered serious injuries after falling from changing table. Falls can happen quickly.

ALWAYS secure this unit/pad to the support surface/ frame by manufacturer’s instructions for securing the changing unit/pad. See instructions.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated while sleeping in changing areas. Changing areas are not designed for safe sleeping. -
NEVER allow baby to sleep in/on changing table/pad/area.
The changing table is intended for children from birth to maximum weight 24.2lbs.
