Light and Button Function
POWER BUTTON ON CURTAIN MOTOR:
- Single press: Turn on
- Long press (3-5 seconds): Turn off
LIGHTS ON REMOTE CONTROL:
- Red: Button Pressed
- No light: Initiate Curtain Motor Pairing
CURTAIN MOTOR LIGHTS:
- Solid blue: Starting up
- Flashing blue (2 times/s): Initiate Remote Pairing
- Flashing blue (3 times/s): Pairing
- Green: Fully Charged
- Red: Charging

Curtain Machine Installation Steps
Roman Rod
Step 1: Measure your Curtain
Measure your Roman Rod and choose the suitable accessories with the following measurements:
- Roman Rod Small Hook Arms: Diameter 8 – 22 (mm)
- Roman Rod Big Hook Arms: Diameter 15 – 40 (mm)
Step 2: Side Covers Setting
After choosing your suitable accessories, use the screwdriver to install the
screws and the accessories to the side covers.
Step 3: Roman Rod Curtain Motor Installation
Close the curtain all the way before installation. Pull the stretchable Hook Arm and attach it between the first and the second grommet of the Roman Rod pole track. Install the two side covers on the Roman pole, place the curtain machine in the side covers, pull the two side covers down slightly, and close the side covers.
NOTE: The Beads Fixer and Connection Tape is optional. Refer to the pictures in the manual to install the beads fixer at the top of the curtain. Finish by cutting the remaining beads.
T-Track
Step 1: Measure your Curtain
Close the curtain all the way before installation. Measure your T-Track and choose the suitable accessories with the following measurements:
- T Fittings: 7 – 26 (mm)
Step 2: Side Covers Setting
After choosing your suitable accessories, use the screwdriver to install the screws and the accessories to the side covers.
FAQ
- Q: How do I pair the curtain motor with the remote control?
- A: Press any button on the remote control while there is no light on it to initiate pairing with the curtain motor.

PREPARATION
STEP 1: FULLY CHARGE YOUR CURTAIN
Fully charge your Osprey Smart Curtain Robot before using. The indicator light
turns green when fully charged.

STEP 2: APP INSTALLATION
Enable WIFI before app installation:
- Scan this QR Code below to download the “Osprey Smart Home” app on App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the “Osprey Smart Home” app and register for an account or sign in directly if you already had an account.
CURTAIN MACHINE INSTALLATION STEPS
Roman Rod
Please go to page 9 for T-Track Installation and page 11 for U-Rail Installation
Step 1: Measure your Curtain
Measure your Roman Rod and choose the suitable accessories with the following
measurements:
Step 2. Side Covers Setting
After choosing your suitable accessories, use the screwdriver to install the
screws and the accessories to the side covers.
Step 3: Roman Rod Curtain Motor Installation
Close the curtain all the way before installation
As shown in figure (1) (2). Pull the stretchable Hook Arm and attach it between
the first and the second grommet of the Roman Rod pole track. Remember to face
the indicator light outdoor to get the lighting sensor work properly.
As shown in the above picture (3) (4), install the two side covers on the Roman pole, place the curtain machine in the side covers, pull the two side covers down slightly, and close the side covers.
NOTE : The Beads Fixer and Connection Tape is optional.
Refer to the pictures below to install the beads fixer at the top of the
curtain. Finish by cutting the remaining beads.
T-Track
Step 1: Measure your Curtain
Close the curtain all the way before installation
Measure your T-Track and choose the suitable accessories with the following
measurements:
Step 2. Side Covers Setting
After choosing your suitable accessories, use the screwdriver to install the
screws and the accessories to the side covers.
Step 3: T-Track Curtain Motor Installation
As show in the above picture (1) (2) (3), push the handle on the T-Shaped fitting to the maximum, tilt one side of the track, and install the other side of the side cover on the track.
As show in the above picture (4) (5), install the 2 side covers of the curtain machine on the curtain track, place the curtain machine in the side covers, pull the 2 side covers down sightly, and close the side covers.
U-Rail
Step 1: Measure your Curtain
Close the curtain all the way before installation
Measure your U-Rail and choose the suitable accessories with the following
measurements:
Step 2. Side Covers Setting
After choosing your suitable accessories, use the screwdriver to install the
screws and the accessories to the side covers.
Step 3: T-track Curtain Motor Installation
After putting the side cover into the track as show in the picture above (1), rotate it 90o as show in the picture above (2)
As show in the picture above (3) (4), install the side cover of the curtain machine on the track, place the curtain machine in the side cover, pull down the two side covers slightly, and close the side cover.
APP OPERATION
Add device
- Click “+” then click “Add device”
- Turn on bluetooth and search for Smart Curtain Robot
- Add successfully, click “ Next ”
- Click “ Done ”
Curtain Motor Limit Setting

Click above Smart curtain robot

The initial installation position of the curtain robot is the curtain’s closes state
The initial position of the curtain closing position is left. -
For Single Side Curtain, remain “Left” if Smart Curtain Robot will go to the left side to open your curtain or choose “Right” if Smart
-
Curtain Robot will go to the right side to open your curtain. For Double Side Curtain, remain “Left” if Smart Curtain Robot can open the curtain after “Start Study”. If both of the curtains go inside and cannot open the curtain, please “Reset” and choose
“Right” at this step. -
After choosing the closing position, click “Start Study”.

Click “ Stop study ” after the curtain is fully opened

Click “ Confirm ” after completing the limit setting process
To reset the Curtain Motor Limit Setting, please choose the “Setting” icon on the top of the right side and click “Reset” to return to the factory setting of the curtain.
Multi-function settings
- The Smart Curtain Robot Main Screen shows up after finishing the curtain motor limit setting process.
- Temperature – Luminosity – Curtain Battery shows up on the first line
- The second line shows the curtain state “Open”, “Stop” and “Close”. Please click on the buttons to control the Smart Curtain Robot by mobile phone/ tablet.
- Click on the “Setting” icon on the top of the right side to set up multi-function settings
- Set the light intensity to close the curtain
- Set the temperature intensity to close the curtain
- Set up timer by clicking “Add” to schedule the time to open and close the curtain as needed
REMOTE CONNECTION
Remote Operation
-
Choose ‘’Open’’ to open the curtain. When pressing ‘’Open”, the indicator light is flashing green.
If you already set up the opening limit, the curtain robot will open and stop at your pre-set position. -
Choose “Stop’’ to stop moving the curtain. When pressing “Stop”, the indicator light is flashing green.

Choose “Close” to close the curtain. When pressing ‘’Close”, the Indicator light is flashing screen.
If you already set up the opening limit, the curtain robot will open and stop
at your pre-set positions.
The remote control and curtain robot are paired by default at the factory,
Customers can use the remote control to control their curtains without an
installation.
WIFI GATEWAY CONNECTION
To enable Third Party Connection like Alexa, Google Assistant,… please add our Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway included in the package in Osprey Smart Home app and follow these steps below:
- Click the “+” sign to add equipment
- Click automatic discovery, click start search, search mesh to gateway, click “Next”
- Enter the WIFI password at home, lock “Ok”, the connection is in progress, and it will automatically jump after the connection is completed
- Click “Associate Bluetooth device” to add existed Smart Curtain Robot or click “Add new device” to add new Smart Curtain Robot/other Bluetooth devices
- Finally go to “Home” page and click on “Me” page icon at the bottom of the right corner to connect with Alexa or Google Assistant

Warranty Information
Limited Warranty, Seller warrants to Customer for a period of twelve (12)
months following delivery only that (a) the Products shall conform to the
description and specifications, subject to industry standard tolerances and
variations; and (b) Seller has good title to the Products free and clear of
liens, security inter-ests or encumbrances by any party claiming by, through
or under Seller. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND
ALL OTHER ORAL OR WRITTEN WARRAN-TIES IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-POSE. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL

SELLER, Seller’s liability shall be limited, at Seller’s option, to repair or
replacement of non-conforming Products or refund of the purchase price. The
foregoing sets forth Seller’s entire obligation and liability to Customer in
respect of the Products, and Custom-er accepts the same as its entire right
and sole remedy in relation to any breach by Seller of these Terms and
Conditions. IN NO EVENT OR CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR
ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL. INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE EVEN IF SELLER HAS REASON TO KNOW OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SELLER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY
WAY RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, WAR-RANTY, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, SHALL IN NO
EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID BY CUS-TOMER FOR THE PRODUCTS TO
WHICH SUCH LIABILITY RELATES.
