Product Usage Instructions
Setup and Installation
- Connect the Power adapter with the Power cable and Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway.
- Plug in the Power adapter to your Power socket.
App Installation and Account Setup
- Download Osprey Smart Home on App Store or Google Play or scan the provided QR code.
- Enter the app and tap Register to create an account using your phone number for verification.
- Set a password for your account or log in if you already have one.
Device Pairing
- Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is enabled.
- Open the Osprey Smart Home App and click the “+” button to add a device.
- Choose to add Bluetooth devices to Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway by clicking Add devices button.
- Select connected devices from the list or search for new devices by clicking Add new device.

Q: What do the different colored lights on the device indicate?
A: Red light indicates power on, blue light indicates Bluetooth status. Flashing blue light means the device is ready to be connected, solid blue light means the device is connected, and no blue light indicates the device is not activated. -

Product Description
Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway is a device to bridge bluetooth only smart devices to wifi network and it is composed of of highly intergrated wireless WIFI module, Low energy wireless bluetooth module and main board. Through Osprey Smart Home, user can implement device addition, device reset, third- party control, and Bluetooth (single point & mesh) group control to meet smart home and other applications.

Status indicator and reset
Red light: Power on
Blue ligh t: Bluetooth status
- Flashing blue light: Device is ready to be connected
- Solid blue light : Device is connected
- No blue light : Device is not activated
Reset method : Press and hold the button for 5 seconds and see the blue indicator flashing several times, which means the reset is successful.
How to Install

Download Osprey Smart Home on App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code below:

Registration or Log in
Enter Osprey Smart Home App and tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to get verification code and “Set password”.
Choose “Log in” if you already have an account. -
Plug in device
Connect the Power adapter with the Power cable and Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway. Plug in the Power adapter to your Power socket.
Steps for Connecting the APP to the Device
- Make sure your phone is connected to WI-FI and the Bluetooth is enable.
- Open Osprey Smart Home App and click “ + ”, then prompt page will automatically show on the screen. Click “ Add ”.
- Enter Wi-Fi Password and click “Next”, waiting for the connection completed.
- Add the device successfully, you can edit the name of the device or enter the device page by click “Next”.
- Choose to add Bluetooth devices to Osprey Wireless Smart Gateway by clicking “Add devices” button. You can choose to add connected devices on the list by clicking “Associate Bluetooth device” or search for new devices by clicking “Add new device”.
