Lightweight and streamlined, the Far point/Fairview Series is an ideal travel pack for fast-moving globetrotters. Despite their minimalist weights, these full-featured packs offer plenty of organization and lots of useful features as well as highly- capable backpack suspension.

FARPOINT – MEN’S SIZING

WOMEN’S – SPECIFIC FIT
- + Shorter torso length
- + Narrower, shorter harness with curves designed to accommodate most women’s necks, shoulders and chests
- + A hipball designed to wrap naturally around the curves of a woman’s hips, offering better load stabilization and support
HARNESS FIT
The harness straps should wrap fully around your shoulders with no gaps between the pack and your back. The padded part of the harness straps should end 1 in./2.5 cm. -2 in./5 cm. below the armpits and the sternum strap adjusted to approximately 2 in./5 cm. below the collarbone.
ADJUSTING THE HARNESS

+ Unzip and stow the back panel cover.

+ Try the pack on, adjusting the shoulder straps and hipball snugly.

+ Based on shoulder strap comfort, remove pack and raise or lower the harness by loosening the lower tri-glides, moving the harness cross member to a more comfortable location and re-tightening the lower webbing to secure harness in place. This can be done as often as needed to achieve the best fit.

+ Connect load lifters and adjust to desired fit.

To access the backplane, unzip the rear flap. Tuck the flap into the space
under the center of the hipball.
- Unzip the rear flap.
- Pull out the harness and hipball.
- Tuck the flap into the space under the center of the hipball.
- Reverse the steps to stowaway the backplane.

Lockable zippers on the main compartment help secure your pack’s contents. We
recommend a TSA-friendly lock such as our
Travel Sentry® Cable Lock.
DUAL FRONT COMPRESSION STRAPS
80 L / 70 L / 55 L / 40 L
Dual front compression straps secure loads and add stability to the pack when
not fully loaded.
- When the pack is full, tighten the front compression straps attached to the buckles at the front edges of the side wall to secure the load.
- When your pack is less than full, additional tension will keep the load stable.

Far point/Fairview Daypack conveniently attaches to the main harness of Far
point/ Fairview Travel Packs to provide easy access to gear essentials.

To remove Farpoint/Fairview Travel Daypack from main Farpoint/Fairview body:
- To remove the Daypack, unbuckle the dual front compression straps from the loops on the front panel of the Daypack.
- Reverse the process to reattach the Daypack to the main pack’s body.
To attach Far point/Fairview Travel Daypack to main harness of a Far point/Fairview
Travel Pack for front carry:
- Unzip the rear flap to gain access to the harness and hipball.
- Tuck the flap into the space under the center of the hipball.
- Put the primary Far point/Fairview Travel Pack on, buckle and tighten the hipball across your hipbones, then tighten the shoulder straps by pulling them down and back.
- Locate the two male buckles sewn into the top of the Far point/Fairview Travel Daypack.
- Clip each of these to corresponding female buckles on the shoulder straps of the main harness.
- Reverse the steps to remove the Far point/Fairview Travel Daypack from the main Far point/Fairview Travel Pack.
