Meet your new Normatec Go
Overview
Control unit
Before you start
Download the Hyperice App
Get the most out of your Normatec Go, or any Hyperice device with the Hyperice
App. Automatically stop and start your sessions, and remotely control level
and time adjustments. Simply open the app to automatically connect to your
device. Bluetooth® connection indicator will illuminate when the connection is
successful.
Register your device
Activate your warranty and ensure easy returns, repairs, or refunds at
hyperice.com/register-product.
Please read the Operating Instructions before first use.
Charge your new Normatec Go
Plug in your Normatec Go with the provided Hyperice charger. Fully charge the
battery for up to four hours before first use.
Start your session
Powering up
Turn your Normatec Go ON by pressing the power (ON/OFF) button. Hold for one
second until the display and battery level indicator illuminate.
Adjusting pressure level
Choose your desired pressure by pressing once per level. The number on the
display adjacent to the button indicates the current level.
Adjusting treatment time
Choose your treatment time by pressing once per level (increments of 15
minutes). The numbers on the display adjacent to the button indicate the
current setting.
Putting on your Normatec Go
Normatec Go can be worn on bare skin or comfortable clothing. Position the
wearable so the control unit is near the front of your shin, in a comfortable
position. Ensure the device is snug, but not too tight.
Recharging
Full charge is indicated when all five white battery status LEDs are
illuminated and solid.
Caring for your Normatec Go
Make sure the power is OFF and the battery charger is not attached. Use a
damp, clean cloth to gently wipe your device. Store in a clean, cool, dry
place, out of direct sunlight, when not in use.
Using HyperSync
Pair devices
- Turn on both devices by pressing and holding the power (ON/OFF) button.
- Press and hold the Start / Stop button on either control unit until the display screen says “Pairing!”
- Press and hold the Start / Stop button on the other device until both devices say “Pairing!” and the HyperSync™ pairing indicator light is illuminated.
Unpair devices
Devices arrive paired, to unpair them press and hold the Start / Stop button
on either device until the device screen reads “Unpaired!” and the HyperSync™
pairing indicator light is no longer illuminated.
