DANGER
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
- Always unplug this device from the electrical outlet immediately after charging and before cleaning or using.
- Do not reach for a device that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
- Do not use while bathing or in a shower.
- Do not place or store device where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
- Keep dry. Do not operate in a wet or moist condition.

to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.

PRODUCT MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use this device only for its intended use as described in this manual.
- This is not a toy. For adult use only. Do not use if injured.
- This device should never be left unattended when plugged in. Always unplug this device from the electrical outlet immediately after charging, prior to use and before cleaning. Unplug from outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate under blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Never operate this device if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or has gotten wet. Return the device to a service center for examination and repair.
- Do not carry this device by the cord or use cord as a handle.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Suitable for dry location ONLY. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces and do not expose to water or rain.
- Use product only according to these instructional materials. In addition, instructional use materials are available at hyperice.com.
- Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
- Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control setting. Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation. Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the device frequently to reduce the risk of blistering. Immediately remove from body and turn off at first sign of discomfort.
- This device must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
- If the device is worn while sleeping with the controls set to any temperature the user may suffer skin burns or heat stroke.
- Do not crush. Avoid folding with sharp creases. Do not fold Venom Go pad while in use.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the device. Contains no user-serviceable parts. Please contact Hyperice for service.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the power button is in the off position before picking up, carrying, or storing the device.
CAUTION
When using an electrical device, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- For adult use only.
- This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge of how to use this device, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children under the age of three are not to use this device due to their inability to react to overheating.
- The device has a heated surface. Persons sensitive to heat must be careful when using the device.
- This device must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Unplug the charger from battery after charging or prior to use. Venom Go will not function while charger is plugged into battery.
- Never leave the Venom Go operating or charging unattended.
- Do not immerse device in water. Clean only with a damp cloth.
- Keep liquids away from device.
- Use only on a dry clean surface of the body as shown in this instructional material.
- Do not use Venom Go on wet skin or over topical ointment, especially ones that contain heat producing ingredients as skin burns could result.
- Burns can occur regardless of control setting. Check skin under product frequently and immediately remove from body and turn off at first sign of discomfort.
- Do not place any metallic objects between Venom Go and body, including pins or other metallic fasteners.
- Do not attempt to disassemble.
- Do not tamper or alter the Venom Go in any way.
- Carefully examine the device before each use. Contact manufacturer if it shows any sign of deterioration, such as checking, blistering, or cracking.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- Do not sit on, press against, or crush Venom Go.
- Do not crush the device by placing items on top of it during storage.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE VENOM GO WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING APPROVAL FROM YOUR DOCTOR IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
- Pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear of pace-makers, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUD’s, metal pins or plates or any concerns about your physical health. Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when using any vibration device.
These contra indications do not mean that you are not able to use a vibration
or exercise device but we do advise you to consult a doctor first.
Ongoing research is being done to the effects of vibration exercise for
specific medical disorders. This will likely result in the shortening of the
list of contra indications as shown above. Practical experience has shown that
integration of vibration exercise into a treatment plan is advisory in a
number of cases. This must be done on the advice of and in accompaniment with
a doctor, specialist or physiotherapist.

Before you start
Download the Hyperice App Get the most out of your Venom Go, or any Hyperice device with the Hyperice App. Automatically stop and start your sessions and remotely control the heat and vibration.
Register your device
Activate your warranty and ensure easy returns, repairs, or refunds at: hyperice.com/register-product
Charge your new Venom Go Plug in your new Venom Go with the provided Hyperice USB-C until fully charged.
Start your session
Power up
Turn your Venom Go ON
by pressing the power
button (top) once.
Apply pad and connect pod
Peel the Venom Go pad from liner and apply to skin. Select heat level and
vibration pattern. Connect pod by using the magnetic connection (shown below /
right).
Note: Heat and vibration will not be felt until pod is connected.
WARNING: Only use on clean, dry skin. Do not use while perspiring. Do not dispose of pad liner. Reapply pad to liner after use and store in a cool, dry location.
Adjust temperature Choose your desired temperature by pressing the heat level button (right side) once per level. The white lights will indicate the selected temperature.
Add vibration
Choose your vibration by pressing the vibration pattern button (left side)
once per pattern. The white lights will indicate the selected vibration
pattern.
Enjoy your session
Feel the soothing relief of the Venom Go. Your session will automatically shut off after 10 minutes. Restart as needed.
Recharging Full charge is indicated when battery indicator light on the pod remains green and fully illuminated.
Caring for your Venom Go Make sure the power is OFF and the battery
charger is not attached. Use a damp, clean cloth a gently wipe pod and pad (if
necessary). Reapply pad to liner after use.
Store in a cool, dry area, out of direct sunlight when not in use.
Discard pad when it no longer adheres to skin. Additional pads can be
purchased at hyperice.com.
BLUETOOTH® WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc., and any use of such marks by Hyperice is under license. In the unlikely event of loss of a stable Bluetooth connection, the system will attempt to re-establish its connection automatically. The Venom Go is completely autonomous, and will continue operating normally, even during a loss of connectivity. If this device does cause interference, which can be determined by turning the device off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by reorienting or relocating the device, increasing the separation between equipment and the device, or connecting the device to a different outlet on a circuit if it is plugged in.
- The Venom Go device uses Bluetooth 5.0 wireless technology with the following radio specifications: FCC ID: 2AWQY-VENOMGO, IC: 26929-VENOMGO, Frequency: 2402 to 2480 MHz
- This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
- This equipment complies with FCC/ISED radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF)
- Exposure Guidelines and RSS-102 of the ISED radio frequency (RF) Exposure rules. This equipment has very low levels of RF energy that are deemed to comply without testing of specific absorption rate (SAR).
- Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
- This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. - If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer for help.
INTERNAL BATTERY INFORMATION
The Venom Go device is equipped with a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. The internal battery is designed to allow use of the Venom Go anywhere—even when power outlets aren’t available. The Venom Go may need to be charged before first use. A fully charged battery will provide power for 35+ minutes of continuous use. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use.
- This device contains a lithium-polymer battery. Batteries are only replaceable by a skilled worker with a special tool. Contact Hyperice for service or repair. When the battery is at end of life, the device shall be properly disposed of. The battery must be complied with safely at an appropriate e-waste disposal or recycling facility.
WARNING
- Do not charge the Venom Go overnight or leave the Venom Go unattended when charging or in use.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or device outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Nominal temperature range for charging the battery is 0ºC ~ 45ºC (32ºF ~ 113ºF).
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use a battery pack or device that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble, do not expose a battery pack or device to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130ºC (265ºF) may cause explosion.
- In the event of the battery pack leaking, do not allow any liquid to come into contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention.
- In case of battery rupture, major leakage or explosion, evacuate the area and quarantine the contaminated area. Provide good ventilation to clear out any fumes, gases or pungent odors.
- Eyes – Rinse eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes; Seek immediate medical attention.
- Skin – Rinse affected area with plenty of water and soap or take a shower for 15 minutes.
- Inhalation – Expose the person to fresh air and use artificial respiration if needed; Seek medical attention if necessary.
- Ingestion – Consult a physician or local poison control center immediately
- Dispose of used battery promptly. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire.
CHARGING
WARNING
To charge, connect the USB-C cord into the battery’s charging port and plug
the cord into a USB-A adapter. Then plug the adapter into the wall. Fully
charge the battery for up to three hours before first use. A LED light pulses
to show the battery level and indicate active charging. Full charge is
indicated when the LED light stops pulsing and remains fully illuminated
green. Pressing the power button will turn on the device and will display the
battery level. Device may be recharged at any time and at any battery level.
It is not recommended to fully deplete the battery to the orange LED level.
Recharge the device monthly to best prolong battery life.
OPERATING
Ensure battery is charged. Peel the Venom Go pad from the liner and place the
pad on your desired body part. On the pod, press the power button to activate
the device. The Hyperice logo will illuminate red to show Venom Go is
activated. Choose the desired heat and vibration options. Then connect the pod
to the pad using the magnetic connection. The device will automatically start
when the pod connects to the pad. You can adjust the heat or vibration to the
new levels at any time. The device will turn off automatically after 10
minutes without further input. The device will vibrate twice to signify the
end of a session or will vibrate three times when it has a low battery. When
you are done using the Venom Go, adhere the pad to the liner for storage. The
average run-time is around 35 minutes at level three heat, and longer at lower
levels. Each pad lasts up to 20 applications.
CONNECT TO THE HYPERICE APP
To connect your device to the Hyperice App via Bluetooth® make sure that your
device is turned on, Bluetooth® is turned on in your phone, and your device is
within range of your phone. The Bluetooth LED on the pod will pulse blue,
which means it is waiting to pair. If prompted, tap “Scan for Devices.” Select
your device when it pops up on the screen. Once you pair your Venom Go,
HyperSmart™ will allow you to automatically start your session and control the
heat and vibration settings from within the Hyperice App.
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, AND STORAGE
Reapply pad to liner after use and store in a cool, dry location. Use a towel
or soft cloth to wipe any moisture from device. Keep device away from heat
sources, liquids, children, and pets.
