Before you start
Download the Hyperice App
Get the most out of your Venom 2, or any Hyperice device with the Hyperice App. Automatically stop and start your sessions and remotely control the heat and vibration. Simply open the app to automatically connect to your device. Bluetooth® connection indicator will illuminate when connection is successful

Activate your warranty and ensure easy returns, repairs, or refunds at hyperice.com/register-product.

Charge your new Venom 2
Plug in the Venom 2 with the provided Hyperice charger. Fully charge the battery for up to six hours before first use.
Start your session
Powering up
Turn your Venom 2 on by pressing the power (ON/OFF) button
Please read the Operating Instructions before first use
Adjusting temperature
Choose your desired setting by pressing the heat button once for each level. The white lights below the heat button will indicate level (1-3).
Add vibration
Choose your desired setting by pressing the vibration button once per pattern. The white lights below the button will indicate pattern.
Putting on your Venom 2
The Venom 2 can be worn on bare skin (level 1 only) or over comfortable clothing (all levels). Place wrap over intended body part and secure. Make sure there are no bunches and that the control unit is easily accessible.
Recharging
Full charge is indicated when the battery indicator remains green and fully
illuminated. Only use the provided Hyperice charger.
Caring for your Venom 2
Make sure the power is off and the battery charger is not attached. Use a damp, clean cloth to gently wipe both control unit and compression wrap. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, when not in use.
