Earbuds can pair with phone, but can’t pair with PC/Pad.

Wear

The earbuds are uncomfortable and have an unstable fit?

Cause: Not choosing the right size ear tips

  1. Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.
  2. Push the earbud into your ear.
  3.  Adjust earbuds downwards to a proper position and slightly adjust earbuds to fit best.

Sound

There is no sound from one earbud? The volume from one earbud is lower than the other side?

  1. Cause 1: One earbud connection failure, please make sure both earbuds are powered on and connected to your device.

  2. Cause 2: The grilles or the ear tips are dirty, please use alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the ear tips.

If still not work, please try to reset your earbuds and re-pair them.
The audio quality of Bluetooth earphones may deteriorate over time with use.

After eliminating the above causes, please re-pair these earbuds with phone.

These earbuds have static noise or a constant buzzing sound.

Cause: The signal and connection between the earbuds and your device are affected by electronic interference emitted by devices like microwave ovens, WiFi routers, signal lights, or devices in airports/metro stations, etc.

  1. Please clean the grilles.
  2. Try to use the earbuds in different locations and see whether the static noise is less or gone.
  3. Keep a distance from electromagnetic interference sources.

The earbuds won’t charge or turn on?

  1. Cause 1: The charging case is low battery, please make sure the charging case is not out of battery and use the Type-C cable to charge it for more than 3 hours.

  2. Cause 2: The pin is dirty, please check the pin connection, they may be dirty or broken. Clean the pins in the case and the dots in the earbuds with a cotton swab, better dipped with alcohol.
