Product Usage Instructions

• Step 1 : Thread Casters onto Base Take the casters (M) and thread them onto the base (I). Use the wrench (T-C) to tighten them securely.
• Step 2 : Install Leg onto Base Attach the leg (D) to the base (I) using the cover (J) and the M6x15mm screws (S-C). Use the 5mm Allen wrench (T-A) to tighten them.
• Step 3: Slide Frame Bracket onto Leg Slide the frame bracket (C) onto the leg (D) and tighten the pre-installed screws using the 4mm Allen wrench (T-B).
• Step 4 : Attach Side Brackets onto Frame Bracket Attach the side brackets (B) onto the frame bracket (C) using the M6x15mm screws (S-C). Use the 5mm Allen wrench (T-A) to tighten them.
• Step 5 : Prezss Anti-Vibration Pads onto Side Brackets
• Press the anti-vibration pads (N) onto the top of the side brackets (B).
• Step 6 : Install Desktop onto Side Brackets Install the desktop (A) onto the side brackets (B) using the M5x14mm screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
• Step 7 : Attach Keyboard Mounts onto Desktop Attach the keyboard mounts (E) onto the underside of the desktop (A) using the M5x12mm screws (S-D) and a Phillips screwdriver. Make sure the knobs are facing towards the center of the cart.
• Step 8: Attach Control Panel to Desktop Attach the control panel (L) to the underside of the desktop (A) using the M5x14mm screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver.
• Step 9 : Attach Keyboard Tray Brackets onto Keyboard Tray Attach the left and right keyboard tray brackets (G, H) onto the keyboard tray (F) using the M5x12mm flat head screws (S-B) and a Phillips screwdriver.
• Step 10: Mount Keyboard Tray onto Keyboard Mounts
  • Before mounting the keyboard tray, make sure there is a small gap between the knobs and metal bracket on the keyboard mounts (E). Lift the keyboard with the left and right brackets (G, H) up onto the keyboard mounts (E) with the knob threads entering the slots. Then, push the keyboard towards the back so the knob threads are resting in the slot. Tighten the knobs on the keyboard mounts (E).
• Step 11 : Plug in Power Adapter and Cable Management Plug the power adapter (K) into the control panel (L) and a wall outlet. Use cable clips (O) to manage the cables.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1

• Thread Casters (M) onto Base (I) and tighten with Wrench (T-C).

STEP 2

• Install Leg (D) onto Base (I) with Cover (J) using M6x15mm Screws (S-C). Tighten with 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 3

• Slide Frame Bracket (C) onto Leg (D) and righten the pre-installed screws using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 4

• Attached Side Brackets (B) onto Frame Bracket (C) using M6x15mm Screws (S-C), tightening with 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 5

• Press the Anti-Vibration Pads (N) onto the top of Side Brackets (B)

STEP6

• Install Desktop (A) onto Side Brackets (B) using M5x14mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver

STEP 7

• Attach Keyboard Mounts (E) onto the underside of Desktop (A) using M5x12mm Screws (S-D) and a Phillips screwdriver. The knobs should be facing towards the center of the cart.

STEP 8

• Attach Control Panel (L) to the underside of Desktop (A) using M5x14mm Screws (S-A). Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 9

• Attach Left and Right Keyboard Tray Brackets (G,H) onto Keyboard Tray (F) using M5x12mm Flat Head Screws (S-B). Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver

STEP 10

• Before mounting the keyboard tray, make sure there is a small gap between the knobs and metal bracket on Keyboard Mounts (E). Lift the Keyboard with Left and Right Brackets (G,H) up onto Keyboard Mounts (E) with the knob threads entering the slots, then push the keyboard towards the back so the knob threads are resting in the slot. Tighten the knobs on Keyboard Mounts (E).

STEP 11

• Plug the Power Adapter (K) into Control Panel (L) and a wall outlet. Cable manage using Cable Clips (O).
