READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
All of the safety and operating instructions should be read, adhered to and
followed before the unit is operated.
WARNING
FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. DO NOT USE OUTDOORS.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, burns, fire or injury:
- Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet immediately after using.
- Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use described in this manual.
- Do not place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not reach for a unit that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately.
- Care should be taken so that objects do not fall into and liquids are not spilled onto the unit.
- This unit should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Close supervision is necessary when this unit is used near children or disabled persons.
- Never operate this unit if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water.
- Keep cords away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the exterior of the appliance or let the cord hang over table or counter edge.
- The Towel warmer has 3-prong grounding to reduce the risk of electric shock. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature or alter the safety plug. Do not use an extension cord with this device.
- Do not operate with a voltage converter.
- Do not touch hot surfaces.
- Do not use accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer as this may cause injuries.
- Do not operate towel warmer with a towel hanging on towel hanging hook when the lid is in a vertical, open position.
- Do not use aromatherapy materials or products not specified in this manual.
BAIL
Do not use while empty. The Red Temperature light will turn on to indicate the
inside the light is on. The light will turn off when the Towel Warmer has
safely cooled down.
Burn Hazard Caution: Avoid direct contact with hot inner surface when taking
items in and out. Touching the surface while hot may cause burns. Allow the
unit to cool down before moving or storing it.
To Reduce The Risk Of Electric Shock, Do Not Remove Cover. There Are No
Serviceable Parts Inside. To Reduce The Risk Of Fire Or Electric Shock, Do Not
Expose This Unit To Rain Or Moisture.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, use 100% cotton towels only.
The temperatures listed below are specific to warming towels and may vary
depending on the type and quantity of items being warmed.
Using the Towel Warmer:

Place the Towel Warmer on a dry, level, hard surface.

Plug the power cord into an easily accessible, properly grounded standard 120V electrical outlet to provide continued protection against the risk of electric shock.

To warm your towels:
a. Remove the lid.
b. Place your dry towel/s inside the unit.
c. To use aromatherapy (optional):
i. Remove the cover of the aromatherapy basket under the lid.
ii. Place natural wood or heat-resistant diffuser material with infused essential oils into
the aromatherapy basket.
iii. Replace the cover.
d. Replace the lid. -
To turn the Towel Warmer ON, press the Power Button ( ); the unit will automatically default to High Heat ( ) and 15-minute settings and the Timer and Temperature LED Lights will illuminate. The High Heat Setting is ideal for 145°F (63°C) temperature dryer-safe cottons.

For Low Heat ( ) settings, press the Power Button ( ) again. The Low Heat setting is ideal for delicate, 125°F (52°C) temperature dryer-safe materials.

To change the Timer Settings from the default of 15-minute to 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute, press the Timer Button ( ).

When the Tower Warmer reaches the optimal temperature, the BLUE Temperature LED Light will turn RED. The Towel Warmer will maintain the optimal heating temperature for the remainder of the Timer Setting and automatically turn OFF after the selected Timer Setting has expired.

To turn the Towel Warmer OFF before the timer has expired, press and hold the Power Button ( ) for 3 seconds. The LED Lights will turn off to indicate that the unit is OFF.

To ensure the towel is fully heated, it is recommended that you leave the towel/s in the Towel Warmer for a few minutes after the Timer LED Light turns OFF. The Temperature LED Light will Flash RED to indicate that the warmer is still hot. The Flashing RED Temperature LED Light will stop flashing to indicate that the towel warmer has cooled down and is safe to touch.
Using the Towel Hanging Hook:
Air drying your towel after finishing your shower routine:
- Set the lid vertically onto the flat sidewall on the backside of the towel warmer with the hook positioned towards the inside of the tub.
- Hang your towel from the top towel hanging hook to air dry for it’s next use.
CARE & MAINTANENCE
Remove the power cord from the electrical outlet before cleaning!
- Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Do not use chemical agents as they may discolor the inner tub.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issues | Possible Causes | Solutions |
