Product Using Instructions
- The accessories: It is supplied with 2 pcs grids, 2 pcs grills, and 3KG of lava rocks for 6E-TH40, and 3 pcs grids, 3 pcs grills, and 5KG of lava rocks for 6E-TH60.
- The electrical installation of the appliance should be operated by qualified electrician. The ground connection must be fixed firmly to prevent accidental loosening.
- The appliance should be positioned stably.
- The supply voltage must coordinate with the using voltage of the appliance. It is recommended to keep the appliance separated from neighboring objects by non-inflammable and insulation materials if they are made from inflammable materials.
Instruction for Operation
- Before using, make sure the supply voltage coordinate with the rated voltage of appliance and the ground connection is correct and fastened.
- If there is an abnormal situation occurred when using, please stop using the appliance immediately and cut off the electric power.
- Connected to the power, when the temperature controller knob is in figure position.
- The user can set the temperature according to the different types of food.
- After finishing work, turn the knob to figure position, unplug the plug, and then cut off the power supply.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Cut off the power supply before cleaning or maintaining the equipment in case of any electric shock accidents.
- Before cleaning or maintaining the appliance, please wait till the appliance cools down.
- Do not use wet towel with non-corrosive cleanser to clean the appliance. Directly wash with water is not permitted in case of any damage of the electric component of the appliance.
Troubleshooting
Before maintaining the appliance, please unplug the appliance and make sure the power is cut off.
- Symptoms:
- Turn on the switch, but the power indicator is not on.
- The orange indicator lights. The appliance is over-temperature.
- The appliance is operating normally, but the orange indicator is not on.
- Causes:
- Electric connection has a problem.
- The temperature controller knob was turned to figure position.
- Indicator is burnt out.
- Solutions:
- Check the electric connection.
- Adjust the appropriate position of the temperature controller knob.
- Replace a new one.

WARNING
- The appliance is not suitable for the people who have physical, sensory or mental defects, or the people who are lack of operating knowledge or experience to use (including children).
- Any refitting and wrong installation, adjustment and maintenance can cause property loss and casualty. Please contact the supplier if you need to adjust or maintain the appliance. And all these operations should be done by authorized professionals.
- Do not put flammable liquid, gas or other flammable objects around the appliance for your safety sake.
- Make sure the using voltage coordinate with the voltage that stated on the nameplate.
- Never use hard and sharp materials to scrape the surface of body and the surface of heating element.

Installation
- The accessories: It is supplied with 2 pcs grids, 2 pcs grills, and 3KG of lava rocks for 6E-TH40, and 3 pcs grids, 3 pcs grills, and 5KG of lava rocks for 6E-TH60.
- The electrical installation of the appliance should be operated by qualified electrician. The ground connection must be fixed firmly to prevent accidental loosening.
- The appliance should be positioned stably.
- The supply voltage must coordinate with the using voltage of the appliance. It should be installed a general on/off switch in main line. And a leakage protective switch is recommended to fit.
- The equipotential terminal should be connected with copper cable under the relative regulation. The size of copper cable should not be less than 2.5 mm².
Warning!
- If the appliance is close to the wall, clapboard, other kitchen equipments, and decoration board, it is recommended that these neighboring objects should be made from non-inflammable materials. Otherwise, the appliance should be separated from these objects by non-inflammable and insulation materials.
- The equipotential terminal should be connected according to the relative regulation.
Instruction for operation
- Before using, make sure the supply voltage coordinate with the rated voltage of appliance and the ground connection is correct and fastened.
- If there is abnormal situation occurred when using, please stop using appliance immediately and cut off the electric power.
- Connected to the power, when the temperature controller knob is in figure <1> position, the green power indicator lights; clockwise rotate the knob to figure <2> position, the orange working indicator lights, heating element is working; with the rotation degree increases, the power will increase also. When the temperature reaches the required temperature, it will automatically stop heating (at the same time the orange working indicator extinguishes), when the grill temperature drops, it will automatically heat again (at the same time the orange working indicator lights). It will be a repeated cycle in order to keep the grill temperature at the desired temperature; when rotating the knob to Figure <3> position, the heating element will work continuously; continue to clockwise rotate the knob to “O” position, and the appliance will stop working. If anti-clockwise rotate the knob, vice versa.
