Product Usage Instructions

Installing Desired Optic

1. Remove the retrofit luminaire from its packaging.
2. Install the desired optic by pulling the pre-installed flood optic from the heat sink and aligning the desired optic to the module.
3. Push the optic into place and attach the LED module/driver and optic onto the trim by threading the heatsink clockwise.

Installation into LED Housings

1. Turn off the main power before installation.
2. Connect the luminaire’s connector to the quick connection of Nora’s LED dedicated housing.
3. Squeeze torsion springs towards the unit and install it into the recessed housing.
4. Carefully route wires into the fixture and push the fixture up flush to the ceiling surface.

Retrofitting into Existing Housings

1. Turn off the main power before installation.
2. Remove the existing trim and light bulb from the recessed housing to reveal the medium base socket. If applicable, remove the socket from the plate.
3. Place the provided LED Lamp Replacement Marking Sticker inside the housing where visible to the installer.
4. Cut the medium base socket cable off the existing housing and connect the wires maintaining polarity using the provided male orange connector.
5. Connect the luminaire to the housing and carefully push the fixture into the housing.

Retrofitting into Housings as LED Lamp Replacement

1. Turn off the main power before installation.
2. Remove the existing trim and light bulb from the recessed housing to reveal the medium base socket. If applicable, remove the socket from the plate.
3. Place the provided LED Lamp Replacement Marking Sticker inside the housing where visible to the installer.
4. Screw the medium-base socket adapter into the medium-base socket.
5. Squeeze torsion springs on the trim and insert it into the holder in the housing.
6. Carefully place wires into the housing and push the fixture up flush to the ceiling surface.

DO NOT MAKE OR ALTER ANY OPEN HOLES IN AN ENCLOSURE OF WIRING OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS DURING KIT INSTALLATION. THIS RETROFIT KIT IS ACCEPTED AS A COMPONENT OF A LUMINAIRE WHERE THE SUITABILITY OF THE COMBINATION SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION.

ASSEMBLE WITH PEARL MODULE

HOUSING DIMENSIONS

Refer to the correlation label of the luminaire and/or specification sheet at www.NoraLighting.com Install this kit only in luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions described in these instructions, and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.

INSTALLING DESIRED OPTIC

Note: Flood optic is pre-installed

1. Remove the retrofit luminaire from its packaging.
2. Install desired optic (Note: flood optic is pre-installed). Pull pre-installed flood optic from heat sink. Align desired optic to module. Push the optic into place.
3. Attach LED module/driver and optic onto trim by threading heatsink clockwise

INSTALLATION INTO LED HOUSINGS

TURN OFF THE MAIN POWER BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Connect the luminaire’s connector to quickly connect Nora’s LED dedicated housing.
2. Squeeze torsion springs towards the unit and install them into recessed housing.
3. Carefully route wires into the fixture and push the fixture up flush to the ceiling surface.

2. Place provided LED Lamp Replacement Marking Sticker inside the housing where visible to the installer.
3. Screw the medium base socket adapter into the medium base socket. (Figure 1)
4. Squeeze torsion springs on the trim and insert them into the holder in the housing. (Figure 2)
5. Carefully place wires into the housing and push the fixture up flush to the ceiling surface.
