Product Description

The M1 miniature recessed series features quality and convenience with easy installation for indoor or outdoor applications. The IC-rated M1 modules are excellent for niche lighting. Each luminaire includes four plastic downlight trims, four optics for the desired beam spread and output, and 6 quick connects. The series is available in either 2700K or 3000K color temperature options.

Construction and Installation

The threaded LED module allows for field-changeable optics and trims. IC-rated luminaires can be in direct contact with insulation. When installed in a cabinet-type setting, ensure a minimum distance of 6″ between luminaires. No housing is required for mounting; two tension steel spring clips secure the luminaire to the surface with a minimum ceiling thickness of 1/4″.

Driver Information

A Class 2 power supply is required for operation, ordered\ separately. NM1-DVR drivers come with a pre-wired junction box for quick connection to LED fixtures, ensuring ease of installation. NAPKED drivers require a splitter cable or wire harness system (ordered separately).

SPECIFICATION

Included with each luminaire: LED module includes four plastic trims (round and square) in black and white finishes. Also included are four optics for desired beam spread and output.
Construction: Threaded LED module allows for field changeable optics and trims.
Clearance: IC rated luminaires are rated for direct contact with insulation (not spray foam insulation). When LED module NM1 is installed in a cabinet-type installation, the minimum distance between luminaires is 6″.
