Hard Disk Installation

NOTE :

1. Make sure the power 1s off before «st alation.
2. The falowmng prctures and snstaabon chagrams for reference anly. subject to the avadable products.

Hard disk installation guide for NVR PG/PGP series

1. Unscrew tne screws and remove upper cover.

2. Abgn the hard dik screw holes to the chasas backplane. and then tighten lock the screws.

3. Connect ane end of the nard dak power cable and data cable to the motherboard and the other end to the hard disk.

4. Install the cover and fix it by screws.

Hard disk installation guide for NVR DB/D/K/H/DP/DBP/KP/HP series

1. Unacrew the screws on the back and aides of the chasse and remove the cover.

2. Connect one end of the hard disk power cable and data cable to the mother- board and tne other end to the hard disk.

3. Abgn tne hard disk screw holes to the chasas backplane. and then pghten hock the screws.

4. Install the cover and fix  it by scerws.

Hard disk installation guide for NVR L series

1. Unscrew tne back panel screws and take off the cover.

2. Remove the nard dak rack.

3. Install the nard disk to the rack from tap to bottom.

4. Fax tne hard ask by screws.

5. install the rack and fix it.

6. Connect the hard ckak power cable and data cabie.

7. Install the cover and fix tt by screws.

Local Basic Operation

Boot up
Make sure the input wattage matches the NVR consunpban. Comect the dewoe to the monitor and to the power adapter [if avalable) Plugin the pawer. gmtch on the power button if avalabie. then the device boot up.
NOTE:

1. It is recommended that you refer to mternabonal standards for power supply input with stable voltage values and low nppie interference.
2. You shoud reset the device admmsstrator password ithe system default username 1s “adnan” and the password 1s “12345”) when booting for the first nme. To ensure the secumty of the devine. please save the adimn logn password and modify it requsarty.

Modify Password
Step 1. After the dewce is powered on. select the system language. cack “Apply”. enter the paseword. cick “Login”. chick “Modify” to enter the Modify Pas sword ster face.

Step 2 Enter the new password and contm password. but Off the “Uniock Patten’ to draw twice the consistent uniock pattern conasteng of 4-9 pomts.
Step 3 Set the securty queshon, select the security quesbon 1, 2.3 by the pad-down operabon. and set the anawer to the corresponding security quea bon.
Step 4 insert the USB flash dive mto the devine, and cick “Export Key > Comfum > Save”. The password is changed.

Quick Configuration
After the device ts power on. the user can configure the system time. network parameter configuration. fornat hard cask. channet addrton and other parameters of the device treough the Ward. NOTE:
The hard chek muat be formatted when installing it for the first time.
Network Settings
Network parameters must be property configured before Operatng the dewce over the network.
Step. On the preview nterface. myt-cack to enter the menu. arxd cack ” > TCP/IP to enter the TCP/IP interface. Modify the address of tne dewce according to the actual network pian.
The defast Ip address of the NVRLE PoE NVR 6 192.1681.88. Add IP Device
Before accesang the P channel. make are that the NVR  network connecbon is correct and vabd.
Step 1. On the preview interface. mght-click to enter the menu. and cack “(7)” to enter the Camera wtertace.
Step 2. Add P camera automatcally or manually. Automatcally added. cack “Auto add” button. Manually added. cack “Search”. the Device Search witerf ace automatically searches for the devices m the LAN wth the “Onwit And Private” protocal (if uang our IP camera. recommend selecting “Prvate’). select the P dewce to be added and cack “Add”.

Recording Settings
NOTE:
NVR opens all channets for 24 hours of normal recording by  default
Step 1. On the preview interface, ngnt-cack toenter the menu, and chck “to enter tha Record mtertace.
Step 2. Setect the channel and recor: type according to the actual needs. Hold down the waft mouee britan aed dean the mouse mn the time penod diagram or cack “Edit” to set the recording scheduée, and cick “Apply” to save.
Playback
Instant playback
Step 1. On the preview inter face. click the preview channel the control bar ‘e up below the channe.
Step2. Cick * ” to enter the instant pisyback nterface. can  play the fst 5 martes of the asrent channd wdeo.

Video playback
Step 1. On the preview inter face. right-click to enter the man and cack “ to enter the Pisyback mter face
Step 2 Seect “Channel > Date”. the searched video & cispinyed on the time progress ber. click” to start playing the video. Normal Event
Step 1. On the prevew interface. nght-cick to enter the manu, and chek ”

Normal Event” to enter the Moton Detecton interface.
Stap 2 Choase Event Type > Channa > Enable’ and set the corresponding alarm parameters.
The demce’s normal event alarms include Motion Detachan. Video Tampenng. Video Loss, Alarrn nput, Alarm Output Excapton, and Buzzer.
Smart Event
Step 1: On the preview interface. nght-cick to enter the menu, and chck * > Smart Event” to emer the Smart Event-Face wtert ace.
Step 2 Select fhe snart event alarm made far setting fhe channel. Srrart event alerve supported by the device nclude Face. Face Comparison. Crossover. Regonal intruson Peopte Stay and People Gathenng. Each smart detachan can be configured wih different alarm nbes.

NOTE

1. Only CO chamnds that suppart smert functons such as face detection and face comparisan can set smart event function oni this  nterface.
2. Each cham of a smart event can set up to | face detection née 4 crossover detectan rules. 4 ragonal ntrusian rules. 4 peopie stay detection nies, and 4 people gahenng rules.

WES Operation

Step 1. Mahe sure the NVR and PC are m same network segment open the IE browser toenter the NVR address such as Nttp//192.168 1 S8/”0t the Mttp port of the NVR is changed to 89. enter “http.// 192.168 1.88497) toenter the togn wntertace.
Step 2 Select the lanuage. enter the user name (defautt 1s “atinn’’). password (cdefactt 19 °12345″). and cack “Logan”.
Step 3 in the preview interface. chck “Play” to prevew the vdeo.
The frst pme you connect, you need to download and instal the Phugn, and then preview it. .
NOTE:
When the browser fats toentar the deuce login interface. open 1E browser. sect “Toob > Intemet Optons > Secunty > Custom Level> ActveX controts and plug<ne”, al opbons are enabied.

1VMS320 Operation

Steo 1: Qpen the IE browser and logn to’http://www.herospeed.net/
Step 2: Click ‘PC Chant > iVMS320 (Windows) or 1VMS320 (Mac)’ to downoad the btest version of the video management system (i¥VMS320].
Step 3: Follow the prompts to complete the instalaton and add devices far vewang and management.

Mobile App Operation

Use the phone to scan the OR code o search “BdViaon’ from the agpbcaton store to download and mstall the Bt Viaon App
After registering and loggg in. you can sdd devices for remote wewsng and device management
