INTRODUCTION
This booster fan increases airflow in 8 in. air ducts. Intended for indoor residential and office use.

WORK AREA
- Operate within indoor air ducts only. Do not use outdoors.
- Keep away anyone not wearing the appropriate safety equipment.
- When not in use, store in a safe, dry location to prevent rust or damage.
- Do not install or use in the presence of flammable gases, dust or liquids.
- Do not operate near combustible materials or sources of heat.
- Do not place fan on any surface that may allow the fan to tip or fall.
- Do not use fan in windows. Rain or environmental moisture may cause and create an electrical hazard.
- This fan is for dry environments only. Do not install or use in bathrooms, laundry areas or near sinks, pools, or other sources of moisture.
- Fan should be placed on a smooth, non-combustible, level surface.
- Ensure power cord is placed away from any potential foot traffic to avoid tripping or entanglement.
- Use only with electric systems and wiring that is in good working order and that meets all applicable codes and ordinances.

- Do not operate when tired or under influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.
- Avoid wearing clothes or jewelry that can become entangled with the moving parts of a tool. Keep long hair covered or bound.
- Do not overreach when operating a tool. Proper footing and balance enables better control in unexpected situations.
- Do not touch fan motor when in use with bare hands or skin.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

- This fan is not intended for use by any persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or with limited experience or knowledge.
- Do not insert or allow any object into any ventilation or exhaust openings.
- Do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
- This fan’s power cord features a three-prong, grounded plug that must be inserted tightly into a matching, properly grounded outlet.
- Do not plug fan into circuit that is servicing other electrical needs.
- Do not use with any solid-state speed control device.
- Always operate in upright position.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
- Select the room or area you wish to provide increased airflow to.
- Locate the place in the duct where you wish to install the fan.
- Separate the duct at a joint as close as possible to the problem area.
- Insert fan and align arrow label on unit in direction of airflow.
- Secure fan with sheet metal screws (not included).
- Plug fan directly into appropriate wall outlet.
- Seal duct joint with duct tape.
OPERATION
This fan includes only one speed and engages automatically with existing air flow system once plugged in.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Inspect the fan and its cord regularly.
- Do not operate if any damage is noticed or malfunctioning has occurred.
- Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
- Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
- The fan motor is sealed. Do not attempted to remove, clean or lubricate.
- Maintain the tool’s labels and name plates. These carry important information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for replacements.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user and/or others.
CLEANING
- Always unplug the fan before attempting to maneuver or remove.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe down the fan.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not submerge the fan or any of its components in water.
- Allow fan to dry completely before replacing in air duct.
- Clean regularly to prevent dust build up, which can affect air quality.
STORAGE
- Keep original packaging for easy storage.
- Coil power cord when storing to avoid cord damage or entanglement.
- Always store in a dry, safe environment.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
