BEITONG BTP-BD4A Wireless PC Game Controller User Manual

Button Introduction

Power ON/OFF Procedure

Power ON
Using the receiver/cable to connect the device, short press the BEITONG LOGO(HOME Button) to turn the Controller on.

Power OFF
Press and hold the BACK button + B button for about 5 seconds, the Controller will be turned off.

1. When the Controller is connected, without any operation for 10 minutes, the Controller will automatically shut down.
2. When the Controller is not connected, without any operation for 120 seconds, the Controller will automatically.

Connect to Computer/Android TV

Wireless Connection

1. Insert the wireless receiver into the USB interface of the device.
2. Press the BEITONG Logo (HOME Button) to turn Controller on.
3. The connection is completed when the Controller vibrates and the indicator light will be on.
4. After connecting, press the BEITONG Logo (HOME Button) for 5s to change the mode of the controller.

Wired Connection
Use USB cable to connect the Controller and device together, and then press the BEITONG Logo (HOME Button) to turn Controller on. The connection is completed when the Controller vibrates and the indicator light will beon.

Check the Function of Controller

The controller will be switched to the PC360 mode when connected to a computer( the indicator 1 is on)

1. Open the control Panel in computer, click on Devices and Printers.

2. Locate your joystick. Right-click on it and select “Game controller settings” from the popup menu.

3. Click “properties”to open the interface for testing the keys. Use the “X axis/Y axis” to test the left stick, the “Z axis” to test the LT/RT key, the “X rotation/Y rotation” to test the right stick, the “Keys” to test each function key, and the “Point of View Hat” to test the cross key.
   

Functions Introduction

TURBO Function
Press and hold the Turbo button in the power-on state, and then press any button to set the Turbo function, repeat this operation to cancel the Turbo function.

SHIFT Function
Press the SHIFT Button to exchange the key values of the left joystick and D-pad.

Remote Control Function for Android TV

Battery Life

Power Display

When connected to a computer, Computer light shows power display.

When connected to a TV, TV light shows power display.

Charging in Power-on Status

Low battery: Indicator light flash quickly

Charging: Indicator light flash slowly

Full Charge: Indicator light is on

Charging in Power-off Status

Battery is not full: Indicator light 1 and 2 flash slowly
Battery is full: Indicator light 1 and 2 are on.

FAQs

Q: Why doesn't the gamepad vibrate?

1. Make sure that the gamepad has enough power. If the battery is too low, the vibration will be weak or disabled. In this case, please charge the gamepad; 2. Make sure that the gamepad's driver is correctly installed and the game you play supports the vibration feature. You can download the driver from the official website of BEITONG and install it; 3. Some PC games and TV games do not support the vibration feature.

Q: Why is the gamepad not recognized?

1. Make sure that the gamepad has enough power and is already started; 2. Make sure that the wireless receiver is correctly connected to the gaming device; 3. Make sure that the device supports the use of gamepad. Some devices are not suitable for peripherals because their hardware and software are specially customized: 4. If the operating system is Windows XP, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the gamepad's driver correctly.

Q: Why doesn't the gamepad work even if the wireless receiver is connected

and the indicator is on?

1. The problem may be caused by an error or hardware conflict when you plug or unplug the receiver. Shut down the computer and try to plug the receiver again; 2. The problem may be caused by the peripheral hardware that interferes with the receiver's signal. Place the gamepad as close to the receiver as possible; 3. The problem may be caused by other software that interferes with the receiver's signal and generates messy code. Press and hold the BEITONG LOGO key for 20 seconds to match the code with the receiver; 4. Notes:

1. When connecting the device, ensure that the interface is in the correct direction to avoid any port damage caused by brute force or other improper use.
2. Do not use the gamepad in any damp, corrosive, dusty or poorly ventilated environment.
3. Do not operate the gamepad with wet hand. Otherwise, the moisture may enter the product.
4. Do not play the game for a long time. Take Breaks and enjoy a healthy game experience.
