Product Usage Instructions

BEITONG Gamepad Assistant For PC

1. Download the software BEITONG Gamepad Assistant from BEITONG official website: https://www.betop-cn.com/en/#/down

2. If you enter the Chinese Official Website, please set the language in the upper right corner to English, and then click the
   DOWNLOAD to enter the download page.

3. Use a USB cable to connect the Gamepad and computer together.

   • Turn the power switch to ON in the power-off state.
   • The connection is completed when the Gamepad vibrates and the indicator light is on.

4. Run the software BEITONG Gamepad Assistant to set up the Gamepad function.

BEITONG Gaming Hall For Mobile

1. Download the App from BEITONG official website on PC: https://www.betop-cn.com/en/#/down
2. Select the corresponding version of App to download and install it on your mobile device.
3. Connect the controller to the device via Bluetooth to set up the Controller function or update the firmware.
   • This Bluetooth connection method supports software configuration only.
   • Press and hold the FN + AI and turn the power switch to ON to turn on the controller.
   • Search for the named [BEITONG T9 BFM] to connect.

1. Turn on the Switch, open up the [Controller and Sensors – Change Grip / Order]
2. Make sure the controller power switch is OFF, press and hold the FN +LB and turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the cycle of red/yellow/ purple/blue and then release.
3. ConnectionQ is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

Wired Connection

Connect to the Switch

1. Turn the controller power switch to ON.

2. Take out the OTG adapter and connect one end to the Switch and the other end to the controller.

3. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.
   Connect To The Switch Dock

4. Turn the controller power switch to ON.

5. Plug the USB cable of the controller into the Switch dock connector.

6. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

Wireless Receiver Connection
Connect to the Switch

1. Turn the controller power switch to ON.
2. Take out the OTG adapter and connect one end to the Switch and the other end to the Receiver.
3. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

Connect To The Switch Dock

1. Turn the controller power switch to ON.
2. Plug the receiver of the controller into the Switch dock connector.
3. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

Unable to Reconnect After Switch’ s System Updated

1. Turn on the Switch, open up the [System Settings-Controller and Sensors
   • Disconnect Controllers], clear the connection information for the controller follow the prompts.
2. Then turn on the Switch, open up the [Controller and Sensors – Change Grip / Order] and reconnecting with Bluetooth.

Connect To PC

1. Bluetooth Connection (PC with Bluetooth reception is required)
2. Make sure the controller power switch is OFF, press and hold the FN +RB and turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the cycle of red/yellow/ purple/blue and then release.
3. Open the “Bluetooth and other devices” interface of PC, click “Xbox wireless controller” to connect.
4. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

2. Wired Connection

1. Turn the controller power switch to ON.
2. Plug the USB cable of the controller into the PC USB port.
3. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.
   Note: When switch to the wired connection, make sure that the controller is not in the connector connection mode.

Wireless Receiver Connection

1. Turn the controller power switch to OFF, press and hold the FN key and turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the cycle of red/yellow/ purple/blue and then release.
2. Make sure the controller power switch is ON, plug the receiver into the PC, then press the key of receiver, it will be automatically connected.
3. Connection is successful when controller vibrate, and the indicator light is normal on.

Note: When connected via the receiver, the USB cable connected to the controller is still in the wireless connection state, at the same time the controller is in charging and the indicator light flashes slowly (when the receiver is unplugged, it automatically switches to wired connection).

3. Open Bluetooth settings interface of the device, click “Xbox wireless controller” to connect.

   Note: This controller mode is an iOS-supported Xbox controller mode, allowing you to play native iOS games that support the series of the Xbox controller. Do not support MAC.

Connect to Set Mobile Software Configuration

1. Open the Bluetooth of device.
2. Make sure the controller power switch is OFF, press and hold the FN key + Al key and turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the cycle of red/yellow/purple/blue and then release.
3. Open Bluetooth settings interface of the device, click “BEITONG T9 BFM” to connect.
4. Connection is successful when the indicator light is normal on.

Modular Function

BEITONG Zeus 2 Analog Optical Switches Elite Gamepad preset with 3 kinds of interchangeable key modules to meet the needs of various handfeel.

Transformation Guide

1. Open the shell along the bottom seam position.
2. Press down the key module clip at the same time, the key module pops out.
3. Remove the key module and replace it.

Trigger Vibration Function

Gamers can customize the mode and intensity of trigger vibration through the ‘BEITONG Gamepad Assistant’.
BEITONG Zeus 2 Analog Optical Switches Elite Gamepad equipped with trigger vibration function to experience immersive game exploration.
Note: In Xinput mode, the PC Bluetooth connection to the controller is available to the trigger vibration function.
Trigger Vibration Effect: Can be linked with the vibration of controller to achieve left and right tandem.

Intensity of Trigger Vibration: Five gears of strength, the left and right can be adjusted individually.

Clear Pairing Guide

For Wireless Receiver Connection: Press pairing key of receiver, indicator of receiver will flash, then press and hold the FN and turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the multi-color, the pairing information can be actively cleared.
For Bluetooth Connection: Bluetooth pairing can be cleared by using the key combination that first connected the controller. For example, press and hold FN + RB, and then turn the power switch to ON until the indicator light flashes in the multi-color, the pairing information can be actively cleared.

Software Support

*About the assistant software, it supports personalized function setting/key test/firmware upgrade. It’s recom mended to download according to gamer’s needs, but do not affect basic use of the controller without downloading.

2. Use USB cable to connect the Gamepad and computer together

   • a. Turn the power switch to ON in the power-off state;
   • b. The connection is completed when the Gamepad vibrates and the indicator light is on.

3. Run the software “BEITONG Gamepad Assistant” to set up the Gamepad function.

NOTE:

1. It’s recommended to confirm upgrade if prompted for a firmware upgrade, to experience any updated features.
2. In order to use the BEITONG Gamepad Assistant normally, the Gamepad must be connected to the computer with USB cable.
3. Please feel free to run our secure program,if it can’t be downloaded and run normally, try again after closing the antivirus software.
4. If the firmware upgrade fails due to factors such as signal disconnection, disconnection or poor contact, please unplug the USB cable and then re-plug again to resume the firmware upgrade.

FAQ

• Q: Why the controller can not be connected to the receiver, Bluetooth devices?
  A: Generally, the receiver signal interference, or the controller is out of power. Solutions:

1. Make sure the controller has enough power, or charge it for 1 hour and try again to connect.
2. Try to insert the receiver into another USB port to test again, USB port to 3.0 is better.
3. If the above methods are not effective, please contact the official customer service.

• Q: What charger should be used to charge the controller?
  A: Use the standard 5V volt 1-2A charger, or use the BEITONG Zeus 2 wireless charging dock.

• Q: How do I upgrade the firmware of the controller?
  A: Install BEITONG Gaming Hall on your phone / Gamepad Assistant on your computer and follow the in-software instructions to upgrade the firmware.
