Product Usage Instructions

Button Introduction

The gamepad has various buttons for controlling different functions. Familiarize yourself with the following buttons:

• HOME Button: Used for power on/off and changing gamepad modes.
• BACK + B: Used for power off.

Power ON/OFF Procedure

To power on the gamepad:

1. Connect the gamepad to your device using the receiver/cable.
2. Short press the HOME Button. The gamepad will turn on.

To power off the gamepad:

1. Press and hold the BACK + B buttons for about 5 seconds.
2. The gamepad will be turned off.

Connection Tutorial

Wired Connection to PC/TV

1. Use a USB cable to connect the gamepad and the computer/TV.
2. Press the HOME Button to turn on the gamepad. The indicator light will flash.
3. The connection is completed when the gamepad vibrates and the indicator light is on.
4. After the device is connected, press and hold the HOME Button to change the gamepad mode as required.

Wireless Connection to PC/TV

1. Plug the wireless receiver into the device.
2. Press the HOME Button to turn on the gamepad. The indicator light will flash.

Button Introduction

Indicator light status

• The mode of controller for Tesla is PC360 mode, the indicator light 1 is on.
• Press and hold the BEITONG logo button to change modes

Check the Functions of Gamepad

The gamepad will be switched to the PC360 mode when connected to a computer (the indicator No. 1 is on):

1. Open the “Control Panel” in the computer, and click “Devices and Printers*:
2. Right-click on “Controller” and open “Game Controller Settings”:
3. Click “Properties” to open the interface for testing the keys. Use the “X axis/Y axis” to test the left stick, the “Z axis” to test the LT/RT key, the “X rotation/Y rotation” to test the right stick, the “Keys” to test each function key, and the “Vision Helmet” to test the cross key.

Functions Introduction

• TURBO Key Introduction
  • Press and hold the Turbo key in the power-on state, and then press any key to set the Turbo function, repeat this operation to cancel the Turbo function.
• SHIFT key Introduciton
  • Press the SHIFT key to exchange the key values of the left stick and D-pad, the indicator 4 is on.
  • Press the SHIFT key again to cancel the exchange, indicator 4 is off.
• Light of Action Key
  • Press and hold the BACK key and the A key to turn on or off the light of action keys.

Battery Life and Charge Mode

• Battery capacity: 600mAh
• Battery life: Continuously work for 40H under non-vibration
  • Continuously work for 15H under vibration enabled
• Low-power warning: The indicator No. 1 keeps flashing when the gamepad is correctly connected
• Auto power-off: When disconnected, the gamepad will auto off after 90s without operation
  • When connected, the gamepad will auto off after 10 min without operation

Note: the battery life depends on the actual use of gamepad

• Charge via the USB port on the PC or standard 5V DC power charger (compatible with chargers of most smartphones or tablets)

Q: Why doesn’t the gamepad vibrate?

1. A: Make sure that the gamepad has enough power. If the battery is too low, the vibration will be weak or disabled. In this case, please charge the gamepad:
2. Make sure that the gamepad’s driver is correctly installed and the game you play supports the vibration feature. You can download the driver from the official website of BEITONG and install it:
3. Some PC games and TV games do not support the vibration feature.

Q: Why is the gamepad not recognized?

1. A: Make sure that the gamepad has enough power and is already started;
2. Make sure that the wireless receiver is correctly connected to the gaming device;
3. Make sure that the device supports the use of gamepad. Some devices are not suitable for peripherals because their hardware and software are specially customized;
4. If the operating system is Windows XP, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the gamepad’s driver correctly.

Q: Why doesn’t the gamepad work even if the wireless receiver is connected and the indicator is on?

1. A: The problem may be caused by an error or hardware conflict when you plug or unplug the receiver. Shut down the computer and try to plug the receiver again:
2. The problem may be caused by the peripheral hardware that interferes with the receiver’s signal. Place the gamepad as close to the receiver as possible:
3. The problem may be caused by other software that interferes with the receiver’s signal and generates messy code. Press and hold the BEITONG LOGO key for 20 seconds to match the code with the receiver:

Notes

3. Do not operate the gamepad with wet hand. Otherwise, the moisture may enter the product.
