This furnace is ENERGY STAR-rated and designed with two stages to prevent drastic temperature swings, ensuring a longer running time and consistent temperature​​.
  2. Smart Service System : The Ecoer Smart Service System provides homeowners with easy maintenance and repair tracking. It alerts when the refrigerant level is incorrect or if there’s a leak, when a filter needs cleaning or replacing, or when the system or an individual component fails. This system identifies specific problems, taking the burden of tracking maintenance schedules and repairs off the homeowner.

Guidelines

  1. The contractor must fill out the attached form and certify that they will only be using the system for personal use.
  2. The total discount to the contractor is 20%, with Ecoer contributing half of the discount.
  3. Ecoer will reimburse the distributor our contribution amount in the form of a credit.
  4. This program is only available for Ecoer stocking distributors.
  5. There is a limit of 2 personal use systems per contractor, all time.

Instructions

  1. Send the personal use application to programs@ecoer.com along with the Invoice to the contractor.
    • The invoice should show a 20% discount to the contractor for the Ecoer system as a bottom-of-invoice discount.
    • The serial numbers for the equipment included in the personal use discount must be included with the invoice or noted otherwise by the distributor.
  2. Ecoer will send a credit memo for our portion of the discounted amount.
