Product Information

The LoRa IoT Gateway is a device that allows for the connection and management of IoT devices. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Prepare your gateway: Attach the SMA Antenna to the gateway. This is important to prevent damage to the gateway.
  2. Connect your gateway: Plug in the gateway and connect it to your router’s LAN Port using the provided ethernet cable.
  3. Power on the gateway: Turn on the gateway. The PWR LED should light up. If it doesn’t, check the connection of the power adapter.
  4. Get the Ecoer Pro app: Search for “ECOER” on the App Store or Google Play and download or update the Ecoer Smart Service Pro App for free.
  5. Connect a device: Follow the steps for warranty registration, which include creating an Ecoer account, signing an agreement with the homeowner, and scanning or inputting serial numbers to submit. For detailed instructions, log in to www.ecoer.com or use the ESS Pro App > Systems > Add Unit to access the newest guide.
  6. Troubleshoot: Check the status of the LED indicators on the gateway. The PWR LED should be always on, the LAN LED should be blinking, and the LoRa LED should be always on or blinking depending on the connection status. Refer to the indications and descriptions provided for troubleshooting.

INSTALLATION

Prepare your gateway.

  • Fix the antenna onto the gateway, otherwise, the gateway will be broken.

Connect your gateway.

  • Plug in your gateway.
  • Connect gateway to router’s LAN Port using ethernet cable.

Power on the gateway.

  • Turn on gateway. PWR LED should light up. If not, check power adapter connection.
  • If the Power LED does not light, check the adapter connection.

Get the Ecoer Pro app.
Search ECOER on the App Store or Google Play now.

Connect a device.
Steps of warranty registration

  1. Create an ecoer account.
  2. Add Unit (Register a new AC/HP). Sign an agreement with the homeowner.
    • Scan/Input serial numbers to submit.
    • Log in to www.ecoer.com or ESS Pro App >Systems >Add Unit to get the newest guide.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
