The WTH-103 is a wireless thermometer with a display panel which can be connected to Nexa Bridge X. The panel on the front of the thermometer displays the current temperature in °C or °F, as well as the ambient humidity and the channel selected
SETTINGS
To facilitate identification in Nexa Bridge, the thermometer has eight selectable channels. To set the channel and choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit, use dip-switches in the battery compartment (see illustration). After using the dip-switches to change the channel or the scale, the WTH-103 must be re-started. To do so, remove the batteries, wait 20 seconds and then re-insert them.
POSITIONING
The thermometer can be used indoors and outdoors. If it is used outdoors, it must be positioned where it is not exposed to direct rain (IP32).
CONNECTING THE THERMOMETER TO NEXA BRIDGE X
Start the “Nexa Bridge” app, select “Add device” and “Sensors”, then follow the instructions in the app.
- Range indoors: up to 30 m (optimal conditions). The range is very dependent on the local conditions, for example, if there are metals in the vicinity. For example, the thin metal coating in energy glass with low emissivity has a negative influence on the range of the radio signals. There may be restrictions on the use of the unit outside the EU. If appropriate, you should check that the unit complies with local regulations.
- Interference: All wireless units can suffer from interference that can affect the performance and range. For this reason, the minimum distance between two receivers should be at least 50 cm
- Repair: Do not attempt to repair the product. It does not contain any repairable parts.
- Waterproofing: The product is not waterproof. When positioned outdoors, it must be shielded from direct rain (IP32).
- Cleaning: Clean the product with a dry cloth. Do not use chemicals, solvents or strong cleaning agents.
