Please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- Switch on: Hold down the power button for three seconds and Hear the power button, the light starts flashing blue.
- Charging: Use the USB socket to charge, the light is on always red.
- Bluetooth connection: The connection name of the Bluetooth device is “HEYSONG AQUA”, the light is always blue to indicate that it is connected.
- Function of the test button: Test the switch on/function in each case Tone adjustment/upward and downward curve.
- Complete the test.
