- Select the necessary sockets. The socket has to match the size of the drive on the air impact wrench.
- Connect the air impact wrench to the air source with the hose of the recommended size.
Operation
- Turn on the air compressor and allow its tank to be filled.
- et the air compressor regulator to 90 PSI. This air impact wrench operates at a maximum of 90 PSI air pressure.
- Depress the trigger to start operating the tool.
- Release the trigger in order to stop the tool.
- When changing sockets, always disconnect the air supply to avoid injury.
- When the job is completed, turn off the air compressor and store the air tool after lubrication.
Maintenance/Storage
Lubrication
Air tools require lubrication throughout their lifetime of the tools. The air
motor and bearing use compressed air to power the tool, due to the moisture of
the compressed air will rust the air motor and other parts inside of the
tools, therefore lubrication is required daily. Failure to lubricate the air
tool properly will dramatically shorten the life of the tool and will void the
warranty.
This air tool requires lubrication BEFORE initial use, also before and after
each additional use. To lubricate the air tool manually.
-
Remove any attachment on the drive of air tools, such as sockets, chisels and etc.
-
Disconnect the tool from the air supply source, and place the air inlet faces up.
-
Depress the trigger and place about 5cc of air tool oil into the air inlet. (Depressing the trigger will help circulate oil in the motor.)
NOTE: Use SAE #10 weight oil if air tool oil is not available. Keep out of the reach of children. If taken internally, do not induce vomiting, call a doctor immediately. -
Connect the tool to the air source, cover the exhaust end with a towel and run for about 20 to 30 seconds. Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the exhaust port. Always direct the exhaust port away from people or objects.
Storage
The air tool must be lubricated before storing. Follow the “Lubrication”
instructions with exception of step 4.
Note
- DANGER alerts you to a hazard that WILL result in death or serious injury.

Air supply
- Ensure the tool hand trigger is in the “off” position before connecting to the air supply.
- To release the start and stop device (hand trigger) in the case of energy supply failure;
- You are required for air pressure and airflow according to specification.
- Ensure the air supply is clean and does not exceed the maximum permitted pressure while operating the tool. Too high air pressure and unclean air will shorten the product life due to excessive wear and may be dangerous causing damage and/or personal injury.
- Drain the air tank daily. Water in the airline will damage the tool.
- Clean air inlet filter weekly.
- Keep the hose away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Check the hose for wear, and make certain that all connections are secure.
